It's fascinating. How can 5 individuals, all well educated, successful with no criminal records and everything to lose murder an innocent man over something so trivial?
They had always got their way with everything in life. If someone challenged them, they could use their $$ to get what they wanted. DM was the first person that challenged them and couldn't be bought. He was smarter than the whole bunch and was preventing them from what they wanted. I am convinced each of them knew exactly what was taking place and went along with the murder of DM. Justice for DM is long overdue. JMO

I don’t think WA will be offered a deal. GC is waiting for her day in court against WA.

Out of the whole bunch WA is the one who deserves life in prison. Even if let out at 70, she plays sweet and innocent while narcissistic and diabolical. Shes the scariest kind of criminal. She could do something again.
I am wondering what information there is the rest of us don't know about. 🤔 If there is information, I am curious if it has something to do with "WhatsApp". WA seems to get very nervous when it gets brought up in court by overexplaining and rapid blinking. Just from my own observations.

We've also heard nothing from any of Wendi's Tallahassee friends: Jane McPherson, who was with Wendi in her first interrogation; or the three women she was having lunch with when Isom picked her up. Their insights could be provide some insight into what she was thinking and saying around the time of the killing.

Also, Sara Yousef, but I believe she will soon be testifying in DA's trial.

Delay this morning due to the discovery issues from yesterday?

She doesn’t have her earphones on again!
I think she wears them to get attention. With microphones in the courtroom what can't she hear?? She wants to appear fragile and frumpy.

The judge came on and said they would be having a change of witness and there would be a 30 minute delay. Who is it ?

They are shallow, entitled and highly dysfunctional. Also, have a limited vocabulary. Educated maybe but not intelligent, IMO.

Makes me wonder if the the only hope of the defense is to cause a mistrial or delays on technicalities. They seem so slow and unorganized. I can't imagine much in the way of a defense.

Donna's appeal will be that she couldn't hear w/out those 2 lol different sets of headphones. Good luck with that! (Seriously, IMO Donna is causing all that ruckus as a way of expressing disdain and her form of mocking this Judge.)

I have to say, I'm super impressed of the judges control of this trial (vs. Randolph in Connecticut in the Troconis trial). He's professional, personable (did everyone have a cup of coffee?...gotta stay awake and listen to all of the lengthy testimony) and no nonsense (fix/wear your earphones MIssy Defendant). Looking forward to tomorrow's cross examination.
This case makes me think there are still honest judges and prosecutors out there.

Can't wait till no bail bond gets thrown out, and criminals actually get prosecuted with jail time.

Next, some justice for:

Emmanuel Haro

I watched the hearing where DA wanted to get out on bail, pretty entertaining dramatics by Donna, shaking and everything. I think it might have been the same judge? They really do think they are smarter than everyone else. And now how much has been exposed on their cash business? Harvey might be giving that some thought.

Bond was DENIED> haha.

I’m inclined to say that it is specific to Donna. The judge is squashing any attempt of an appeal. ‘I couldn’t hear it so I have not been represented well’.
At DA's bail bond hearing she complained she needed a special procedure every three months to clear out the wax in her hears or she could not hear.

That was one of the reasons she wanted out of jail since the medics there did not do "that" particular procedure. Really, Donna is comical.

I don’t understand why Tamara has never testified? I thought her police interview was compelling.

It is apparent to me that none of them have any concept of circumstantial evidence.
After CA finds out from his mother about her encounter at the “bump” he makes some comment about they have nothing to worry about because they weren’t anywhere near the scene of the crime.
They all seem to truly believe that because they didn’t pull the trigger they are innocent of murder.
They are a strange lot.

Oh. She can just lean her head over her sink and run warm water in each of her ears to get all that pesky wax out. And use that thick blue cable knit sweater to dry her ears. Problemo Solvdo.

Agent Sanford returned to the stand.

Donna had DMs make, model and license plate number in her planner! This was found with a search warrant after she was arrested at Miami airport.

This is huge…..

Oh boy the recording of Donna crying about how "unfair" everything all is, and how one son is in prison with no hope, another won't speak to her and her precious Wendi basically telling her to leave her alone is one big old slice of karma isn't it?? Look in the mirror Donna. This is your lifetime achievement!

And to talk about getting out of Dodge and going to The 'Nam" because of no extradition on the night of her son's lifetime conviction after listening to ALL those wiretaps in that case is just flat out stupid and clueless!!! She didn't think for one second that they would STILL be listening to her phones? She thought she was free and clear?? I don't know who she was talking to on that last call but that person didn't say a thing to Donna about going on the run?? No " Are ya sure Donna?" or " Maybe you shouldn't do that as it makes you look really guilty?" Maybe she was just shocked and realized at that moment that her friend really is a murderer? These people live in there own little fantasy world.

I'm a few minutes behind but Donna has the Thousand Yard Stare after that witness! Maybe it's starting to sink in what a horrible person she really is?
