The state wanted to use Wendi as a witness. If they did not grant her limited immunity (she can't be prosecuted for what she says) she would have invoked her Fifth Amendment right to refuse to testify. Bottom line --- the state had to grant to her limited immunity to get her to testify. JMO

For some reason Lacasse's testimony this time sounds even worse for Wendi re his planned out of town trip near the time of the murder. JMO.

What is up with Donna's hair today? Are they trying harder each day to make her look frumpier and more 'i'm just a pool old granny, how could i do any of this?"

She just rolled out of bed?? haha

I think very intentional. Both DA and Wendy playing the victim role. imo.

Deal with the devil, imo.

If I recall, June went MIA at the last trial too! She is just too much.
I had the Beach Boys running through my head:

"We're waxin' down our surfboards. We can't wait for June."

Please know I have not been able to watch all of the trial as yet, and I'm trying to go in order to do 'catch-up', but I did watch the prosecutor's questioning of Wendy. What stood out to me was when Wendy said, 'I DON'T LIKE CONFLICT' --- Remember how, for example, Wendy tricked Dan when she moved out to leave him? And another little example is how Wendy BRAZENLY testified that when the judge ruled she couldn't move the residence of the children hours away from where they now lived, Wendy kept saying 'that was the end of it - the judge had ruled - end of story' - and then Wendy was emailing with her mother and father, etc., and plotting how to destroy Danny, and Wendy would reply in emails with comments such as, 'oh, terrific thinking, mom - yeah yeah!! keep brainstorming on how I can ruin Danny's life! tyia!'. IMO that family was a large pack of sociopaths-psychopaths - and utterly shameless! Oh so Freakin' scary. Does anyone know if Wendy is out there dating anyone now (OMG!!!)?

I noticed that yesterday, too, and I TOTALLY AGREE - reality is defense ploy to TRY (desperately!!!!) to have Donna look 'innocent'. I do agree Donna looks stressed-out IMO and lol, but the bug in her bonnet is that she KNOWS she's the fried chicken - battered, rolled-in the flour, and now slow-cooking in the deep fryer until the verdict's made. I feel a lot of sympathy for the poor jurors who are sitting there and listening to all of this baloney day after day - heroes.

I was reading some comments from YT vid and they compared Wendy to Elizabeth Holmes. Ha!

We all have Wendy's number by now, and can't wait till Prosecutor Georgia Cappleman goes head to head against Wendy in Wendy's trial.

Wendy perjured herself when she claimed she did not know that there were no more appeals on the custody of the children.

Right On!! Wendy is scary-masterful in how corrupt she is - and I LOVE how this D.A. and her co-D.A. have the personalities that they can stand right face-to-face inches away from a person full of such Evil.

An unbelievably interesting day. Everybody's testimony was pretty much as expected, including RA's reasons for distancing from the A's.....
GC and the State are going to go after WE.... it was just so odd....
June U is MIA again!! Oh that girl is consistent, LOL. I don't envy her situation, but am pleased the judge looks upon her with a humorously delightful eye. Ya' know, June Um. is going to be a viral meme on her own.... A gorgeous young lady, with big twinkling stars smile, carrying an over-sized LouisV handbag, "Are you looking for me?"
She had on a 3-5K Van Cleef and Arpel necklace. Who bought her the 345K condo for cash around the time of KM’s trial?

Isn't she a realtor in Boca?? Realtors that I know make big bucks and drive fancy cars, so not impossible she bought it herself? Or do you have evidence Charlie or the A's bought it for her?

That's what I remember. And I have always thought that this corrupt family used their money to keep people quiet by keeping them happy, not just Katie. But I thought June was good. She definitely was not acting like she usually does that. She usually can barely get a sentence out and she seems like an airhead. I think Charlie maybe couldn't get to her so she spoke out today.

Also, on one of those datelines or whatever, there had been a very short clip of her being interviewed. She came across very similarly to how she did today there as well. No problems saying a sentence, she knew and remembered things. She clearly was always going out of her way to try to help Charlie and or his family in previous testimony.

June’s condo has come up in the past and IMO its not connected to the Adelsons. Prior to Katie’s trial June was already deposed. What possible testimony of June’s could they have suppressed with a ‘345k’ bribe or incentive – or stated differently, what information did she have that that wasn’t already known to the prosecution that would have motivated any of the Adelson’s to buy her a 345k condo?

I’m not saying its not possible, but I'd say its HIGHLY unlikely. I’d put it in the less than 1% probability. The Adelsons were rich but VERY frugal. I do not see them purchasing a 345k condo for June based on what she knew which was very little in the grand scheme of things and also based on the fact that she had already given her deposition at the time you reference..

Relistening to Wendi and the maximum damage question by the prosecution--- Dan Markel's pleading that she took things and left in a way to inflict maximum damage on him as a strategy between her and her mom. Wendi denies and then her brother talks about Donna's glee in calling Dan Markel just as he was about to speak at a conference to let him know she left.

These folks are evil.
I feel sorry for Rob: he sounds like a really good person and it was his bad luck to be born into this family. I also feel sorry for anyone who got involved with the Adelsons, Dan Markel especially but also Jeffrey Lacasse. All good people who unknowingly got enmeshed in evil.

June Um did seem a bit more forthcoming in her answers today, but I will attribute that to Charlie already being convicted. She definitely didn’t want to be there again testifying in yet another trial, but given that she doesn’t appear to be the brightest bulb, even she realizes there may be another trial after this one. jmo

This is rather shocking....I have always been suspicious of AI generated content. Look what it has today!!! It already is talking in past tense about DA and this trial. What can be done??

AI Overview

Donna Adelson was found guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy, and solicitation in the 2014 murder-for-hire of her former son-in-law, Florida State University law professor Dan Markel
. The case, dubbed the "Matriarch Mastermind Murder Trial" by Court TV, captured national attention.

EDITED TO ADD THE DISCLAIMER AT THE BOTTOM OF AI CONTENT and in very small font. Maybe the disclaimer should be at the top of the content and in larger font?
"AI responses may include mistakes"

I don't want to attach the full content as it may not be moderator app'd or within main stream publication requirements. Geesh, these technology assumptions/predictions generated electronically could really cause some problems...unless of course it can predict winning lottery numbers, eh?
