JL to me sounds like a jilted lover. Not to say things didn't make sense to him in hindsight but he strikes me as having an agenda also. Also when renting a car can you request a certain color, make and model?? These thugs don't seem that organized.
In MY experience, yes you can request a certain color/make/model - and if the rental company has it they always let me have what I ask for. I mean I am paying for it. Didn't Jodi Arias make a request for a certain color or was it not to drive a certain color (red) ? I can't recall exactly, but of course you can request these specifics - you may or may not get them.

In this case the person who rented the vehicle could have requested these specifics (and since they are not so smart- perhaps someone recommended they make certain requests) OR it could have been a coincidence.

MOO; JMO.

JF is a strange bird. I tried to research her and saw that she was once a judge and removed from the bench. And a disability??? what disability?? Both on the defense seem disorganized and 'slow' as do they know what they are doing??
Supreme Court 2015 look it upo. Mental or physical disability. Off the bench

The jury saw Katie earlier with all her “yes ma’am’s”

Now they have heard from her dropping all those ‘F’ bombs in every other word.
Totally different person. The jury has a better look at the “yes ma’am” witness.

KM ruined so many lives; how many children are fatherless because of her actions. When you look up the word "rapacious" in the dictionary, you will see a picture of KM. She still only cares about herself.

Dear Websleuths Members

We have been approached by a reputable production company asking us to help them find a member of Websleuths who is an excellent sleuth for a new show about cold cases.

Please understand that you are giving out your personal information. If you are worried about people finding out who you are, this is not for you.

I will forward the information to the production company. After about 30 days, I will delete the information you sent me from my computer. The production company will have your information.

If you are chosen, you will be on camera, and you must be able to travel. It is a considerable time commitment.

If you feel you have the sleuthing skills and are interested, please email me at [email protected] the following,

*A picture of yourself

*Your real name and your Websleuths user name

*Your phone number

*Your state.

*Brief description of your cold case or web sleuthing experience, along with any collaborations you have done.

Remember you will be working as a team.

If you have any questions please post them HERE and not on this thread.

Thank you.

Tricia

Donna was told again by the judge to put her ear phones on

Guess she just doesn’t want to hear this evidence against her….

She did look extremely sheepish when she got back after lunch

My goodness I feel sorry for the jurors. These wiretaps are extremely boring. CA certainly does love the sound of his own voice. He also thinks he's so superior to everyone else. What an absolute BORE! He never lets anyone get a word in and dominates every conversation. I remember these recordings from the last time but they are so much worse the 2nd time around. He just talks and talks and talks and talks.

None of these people are showing a single sign of remorse or emotion of the murder they're complicit in organizing. They might as well be talking about groceries or the weather. Not a care in the world about the dead guy. Kate and Charlie in particular talk with such ease around the issue at hand. They just go about their lives in their neighborhood. They know they are being watched. They know someone is targeting them for $$$. They are pretty certain the cops are listening to them. Yet they all remain cold as ice. The disconnect is truly psychotic.. Its' scary that people like this walk amongst us. They feel entitled and perfectly justified in getting away with murder. At least Donna shows a little bit of stress and concern that they may be screwed.

IMO, her main concern is her wardrobe and her diet.

So much of this trial to date is so much like CA’s trial. And, Charlie like others have indicated, just goes on and on in the wiretaps etc. it’s hard to keep listening.

What’s strange is that in the afterward, when the book ends and the author makes a final “note”..in it she admits the book is basically about her life. I will try and find it and post it here. I either heard it on Stephen Epsteins book, or saw it posted somewhere. So theres no dispute that it was basically an autobiography (with the names changed to protect the innocent…) if DM read the book, especially that, he would have known. Many of his friends said he never read the book. RM said he did, so if anyone questions whether he did read the book, a lot of people get angry. Because they believe you are doubting her. And he said on his blog he read it and recommended it.
So much doesn’t make sense .
Anyone who knows what is in the book knows she is talking about her marriage.
Can we say that?
I have “read it” through Youtube channels which covered the book, and heard all of the parts that related to Wendi/Lilly, and Dan/Josh.
PS.The title of the book is also a hint to letting the reader know whose story it is.

Edited bc I understand the sensitivity of the subject.
I read that he didn't read the book even though he promoted it on his blog, claiming he wasn't interested in novels. WA was quite angry that he hadn't read it - to her, it was just another way that he disparaged her abilities and let her know she wasn't on his level intellectually (to be fair, she wasn't). He was a very intelligent man - if he had read the book, he would have recognized the autobiographical aspect of it instantly and IMO he would have been appalled at the way she viewed and portrayed him. He wouldn't have been blindsided by the divorce.

Can you imagine this bozo working on your teeth in-between phone calls??

No wonder bad yelp reviews!
Was thinking to myself earlier this morning, "no way would I want CA working on my mouth"....

I walked away from the live stream for several hours, came back, and Charlie is still talking!

I’m quite worried that the State is losing the jury with all this phone call evidence. Never thought I’d look forward to commercials. Even the judge recommended the jury get coffee on one of the breaks. I understand publishing the phone calls relative to Donna but I don’t understand the logic of playing the phone calls between people who have already been convicted.

I agree! But when I have said that , people have come against me claiming I was calling Ruth a liar.
