Usually the sentencing is weeks after the last case management hearing. They are speeding things up before the end of the year is my guess. Wendi’s arrest is soon I’d say.

I don't know why her lawyers wanted to buy time. The sentence for Count 1 is a mandatory life sentence. Jesus himself could come to speak on her behalf and she'd still get life. Any sentence above 10 years is a life sentence anyway. JMO

9/5/25 Update: Sentencing hearing will be delayed if PSI is not ready then it will be a case management hearing on 10/14/25 @ 9am.

So guessing the PSI report is done - and onto sentencing!
