I'm reading Truman Capote's biography by Gerald Clarke . And this paragraph about Capote's book In Cold Blood really captures the Dan Markel tragedy. It really resonated with me and I thought it may resonate with some of you. Even though Donna black heart put things in motion, this murder would never have been accomplished without the "transient hearts" driving miles from Miami to kill a man they never met in his own garage...all for a little bit of scratch.

When “In cold blood “first made it to television I was a pre-teenager and I remember my father announcing to me and my brother not to watch it. He said it was horrible and bloody. It wasn’t as if I even knew it was going to be on. He may have been surprised it was going to be on. I remember where I was in the house when he told us bc it made such an impression on me that he made such a big deal out of it. He would be shocked by Netflix if he was alive today. Maybe I should see if I can find it.

After Donna's trial I changed my mind about Harvey, he's just as evil as Donna. I wanted to punch him, his energy and facial expression were so disgusting. He paid for the murder with his own hard-earned money, he knows it very well. I watched Jeff's interview where he mentioned that Harvey photoshopped Wendi's pictures. Some kind of mentally ill family who are obsessed with Wendi.

In Cold Blood is a good comparison. I remember being stunned by the sheer lack of humanity shown by the perpertrtaors. Complete disregard for human life.

I was not surprised you picked up the phone number error – only you would have noticed that . Throughout these cases, the state made multiple ‘copy and paste’ errors in several court documents. I was disappointed you didn’t offer some theory on why their phone number were the same. Could have been another viral thread like the two trip theory debate – can we please finally put that one to bed .

I'm 50/50 on it. Knowing what we know of WA, she would have straight out that door as soon as DanM didn't answer his phone, driving to the crime scene, desperate to know if he'd been shot. But if there were two trips, the pinpoints from her cell phone pings suggest she probably did go to Trescott around 12.38pmish. It kinda ruins the 2nd trip narrative, but what if on both trips she went down Trescott? Her phone activity was manic that day. Then silence 11.45am 12.27pm. Maybe she was not taking a trip to Trescott at that time, but something suspicious was going on. I'm open to all three scenarios, 1 trip, 2 trips, 2 trips to Trescott.

From 9:19am to 10:06am, there is a 47-minute "activity" gap, and from 10:24am to 11:22am, there is a 58-minute "activity" gap. As I mentioned, it is logistically possible she took two trips, based solely on the 42-minute "activity" gap from 11:45am to 12:27pm. It's also possible she made four trips if you consider the other two "activity" gaps I referenced. The first "activity" gap occurred immediately after an 18-minute call from Charlie. Should we blindly assume Charlie instructed Wendi to go out and investigate, or did she act on her own accord because she was anxious? Respectfully, I think you and Knitpicker are overanalyzing this.

Utube videos are getting out of control. Big deal the parenting coordinator resigned and she worked for Baileys office—not relevant. I think Linda Bailey was an excellent witness for the prosecution – her being brought on as a witness for the defense backfired big time. Linda Bailey helped get Donna convicted – she is a hero! We are looking at this the wrong way – pointing that out would have been better uTube content . I think Dan at times went a little too far, expecting daily Skype calls is a bit extreme. It sounds like the ‘agreement’ for Skype calls was a ‘recommendation’ not a mandatory condition - and I'm sure it was Dan the pushed for that. Wendi didn’t need to apologize for missing a Skype call – this was a silly statement to put in the motion.

So let’s talk about July 1st-which I started mentioning eons ago.

How was Sigfredo up in Tallahassee (near Premiere gym) calling Harveys phone when he was supposedly blocking the parking lot with Katie and Charlie leaving her apartment complex with the jetski in Miami? (The same day)
I never believed that jetski story.

Corbitt mentioned it again at Donnas trial.(July 1 call)
Why is no one picking up on this?
