I just listened to the pertaining part of Corbitts testimony 3 times and there is no location stated for Sigfredos call to Harvey on July 1, 2014.
I don’t think we can assume he was in Miami just bc of the jetski story.
If you know where I can find the location of SGs phone stated, pls forward it.

There are multiple call logs / reports in this case (hundreds of records) and the physical location the calls originated from is rarely going to be explicitly stated because 95% of the time, it’s not relevant. Example – the 18-minute call Charlie had with Wendi the morning of the hit, there is no reference anywhere saying “Charlie’s call originated from S. Florida” – looking for type of reference is chasing a ghost.

Sigfredo’s July1st call to Harvey was definitely NOT not made from Tallahassee. 100% guaranteed – why do I say 100%, because if it was made from Tallahassee they would have definitely stated the call originated from Tallahassee because that would fall in the 5% were the call origin is VERY relevant. There was ONLY one call from Sigfredo to Harvey (July 1st) – if it originated from Tallahassee, it would have been impossible that detail got past Det Corbitt. If it were a detective from Canton MA, I wouldn’t be 100% certain.

As I said – for 95% of the call records, the location the call originated from is not relevant and will not be stated. I doubt they explicitly stated Sigfredo’s location for the July 1 call. If that call was made from Tallahassee, we would have known – and, no, there’d be absolutely no reason to withhold that information. If they had him in Tallahassee on July 1 – it would have 100% been disclosed during his trial. You are overthinking things

Not every acquaintance of the Adelson cosa nostra is a soldier or associate such as Shoddrick Nobles or Kristin Bailey. Some of their acquaintances coming from out-of-state attended Donna Adelson’s trial up to the bitter sweet verdict of guilty on all three counts.

In the attached picture to the left of Harvey is one of his relatives, a writer who published some articles. Further left is a relative of Donna. These two women came to the Leon County Court with an older gentleman who elected to sit at the other side behind the Markels.

Four rows behind Harvey to the right of James Mentour Lawyer is Dr. Tamara Demko. In the picture, her headshot seems to be located above Harvey’s head. She was acquainted with Dan Markel back at Harvard University. Moreover being a colleague at FSU, she became a close friend of both Dan and Wendi Adelson, until Dan’s murder.

There is a YT video of Dr. Tamara Demko from TPD showing her providing sworn testimony, and emphatically intuiting that TPD should investigate Wendi and Harvey Adelson. She shared that Donna, Wendi, and Harvey have had sinister facial expression and body language when Dr. Demko asked them to the effect of “What happened to Dan? Why would anyone kill Dan? Who could have done his murder?”

In one of the 5 prior PCAs, there was a report of a couple of anonymous tipsters who pointed fingers at Harvey and Charles Adelson as cantankerous bullies capable of murder. One tipster reported that Charles was a failed student at dental school, and should not have gotten a degree if not for his father’s aggressive contention with faculty. The other tipster reported that Charles brought police officers at their shared business, accusing his business associate as ill doing, and bullying him to sign-off his shares of the business assets for Charles. TPD developed these pieces of information and identified the tipsters as a father and son duo acquaintence of the Adelsons.

IMHO, the State Attorneys should dig and gather and organize the evidence against Harvey. As the boss and financier of the Adelson causa nostra, he is the shadowy tree character from which the rotten fruits Charles and Wendi came from.

IMHO, the State Attorneys are quietly working with all the evidence described in the PCAs and court transcripts about the role and liabilities of un-indicted co-conspirator Wendi Adelson. Harvey and Wendi will have their days in Leon County Court, sooner or later.

He put in his written order that he asked Donna the morning after if she had changed her mind about testifying and gave her an additional 30 minutes to discuss it with her lawyers. The lawyers indicated they spoke to her for a lengthy period the evening prior to closings and she was confident in her decision not to testify and that’s what she affirmed to the court when asked again.

So, it was not GC but her boss that said she didn't get much sleep. Donna said that she did not want to get on the stand 'at this time.'. The fact that her attorneys spent an extensive time talking to her after that, in the evening, meant that GC needed to be prepared. What I have learned from this trial is these lawyers put together big notebooks with their questions. I do believe GC did prepare, as it would have been wise to do. Wendi and Harvey will think they can outsmart GC, if they are arrested and go to trial. This is the foreshadowing that they will not be and she will take them down due to their hubris, in my opinion only.

The idea that Georgia did not prepare her cross examination BEFORE the last day of trial is laughable. Prior to the beginning of trial Zelman had stated that Donna would be testifying. Everyone expected Donna to testify. But apparently Georgia was waiting until the last defense witness and the day Donna would take the stand to prepare her cross? Georgia’s statements at the presser refutes this obviously made up story by Joel Waldman, Surviving the Survivor. It was a lie. A total fabrication. One of many I might add.

Additionally, there is no way Georgia would’ve been privy to communications between Donna and her lawyers that evening. That’s privileged. And the lawyers advised the court Donna did not waver in her decision over night. If there was any hint that Donna had wavered, Georgia and Zelman would’ve brought it up at the sidebar Judge Everett referenced in his order. And it would be noted for the record that Donna wavered and Judge was following up to make extra sure on the record.

I’m pretty sure Joel said Donna changed her mind and that’s why Georgia was up all night. Pretty pretty sure! Also, I am arguing he never had a side conversation with Georgia after the verdict. It never happened. We all saw Georgia’s movements right after the verdict/presser. Many of these YouTubers have a lot of fans that spread their lies and that’s why there is so much misinformation out there on a lot of high profile cases these days. A lot of these YouTubers are doing a disservice to the pursuit of justice and truth. All they care about is clicks and likes. Beware.

Joel didn't lie, Georgia said at the press conference that she only slept for 3 hours. The rest is your interpretation. Because Donna could have changed her mind and gone to testify the next day and the judge would have let her.
