WA is a lawyer she knows how the law works plus she had an alibi. You don't go blurting out to a lead homicide detective 9 times "am I a suspect" and blurt out to your friend who is a criminal defence attorney that you're going to prison for the rest of your life...

Wendi spread the theory that Dan was possibly killed by his student on the podcast, she told Sara the same thing. So what does she have to be afraid of, what is she crying about. Why should an innocent, intelligent, rich woman be arrested.Wendi's theory is better than Charlie's, he thinks that Dan could have been killed by a drug dealer.

They spread fake indices similar to “Dan might be killed by upset student.”

Do not neglect to denounce their fabulist team judas who feeds people with foam such as “Donna rejected a plea deal”. So disturbing was their stink that the very busy State Attorney felt obligated to spend his precious time to denounce the misleading “unnamed higher source”. Such fake clickbait is of the same vein as the slandering “may be Dan is killed by his drug dealer.”

People do not comprehend why some calumniators are making such a small deal of the damaging fakes these misleading clickbait indicators do to more Justice For Dan Markel. People folded their trust of the equivocators, not because of their dislike of any zoo hell but rather people are offended for being lied to.

And it does not matter from which Yamim Tovim, foam Easter or from Passover, from Christmas or Hanukkah, the dedication of efforts for more Justice For Dan Markel deserves truthful information and sincere sleuthing.

But I think it's valuable and relevant to take a break from Wendi for a second and address the disinformation in the true crime content creation now that Donna's conviction is in the bag. I think many people who value the truth may come to believe what was said and insinuated and benefit from reading these discussions. A community that values truth and justice needs to hold accountable those among its ranks who trample on those values. An "Emmy award winning journalist" should be held to a higher standard. JMO

But I think it's valuable and relevant to take a break from Wendi for a second and address the disinformation in the true crime content creation now that Donna's conviction is in the bag. I think many people who value the truth may come to believe what was said and insinuated and benefit from reading these discussions. A community that values truth and justice needs to hold accountable those among its ranks who trample on those values. An "Emmy award winning journalist" should be held to a higher standard. JMO

I'd like to see these discussions about "media" coverage of the Florida Adelson cases go elsewhere. There are at least 25 steady YouTube "channels" trying to profit from the murder of Dan Markel and more are hopping on weekly. They may or may not conform to what we used to know as journalism and this forum would be swamped if we documented all of their errors, annoyances, and mistruths. If you have a grievance with a particular channel, it's easy to find another one.

If you have a grievance with a particular channel, it's easy to find another one.

This discussion started because I referenced Judge Everett’s order denying Donna’s motion for a new trial. I brought out that the order makes very clear that Donna HAD NOT changed her mind about testifying as reported by Joel/STS. That is relevant to the discussion here. The conversation continued because someone kept quoting me claiming that he didn’t say that and I went through the trouble of bringing receipts and now I’m being accused of derailing. However, I happen to think that disinformation spread by YouTubers is relevant to the J4D and the true crime community. It’s a disturbing trend that has real consequences for trials and victims. You may disagree. There’s also an ignore button on here so might I suggest you take your own advice.
