KNITPICKER You always pick up on the details. (I thought that was interesting but not too far out of the realm of issues.) I am thinking DM had "many things/rulings/and or agreements" with his ex WA and made it known to daycare, doctor's office etc...ie, who to contact in an emergency, perhaps? I had a case where the coroner actually called our offices to ask us if we knew the name of a deceased's dentist! Since WA could never stop telling everyone & every contact "My ex is making my life miserable." I'd imagine WA had also informed the pediatrician's office of the contentiousness in regards to the children's healthcare, too? (Home situation, stressors and marital status is often noted in medical files.)
I just love finally getting to hear from Tamara D again....one sharp cookie!
That still doesn’t explain the call to Webster.
You had a case?

This episode also highlights that there is indeed additional, non-public information about incriminating statements made by WA and co-conspirators. Stay tuned indeed. I look forward to the future contortions that will be engaged in to explain this away or minimize it.
The timing is interesting.
Also Tamara connecting with Webster after ghosting him (her own words) after leaving Tallahassee when he asked what she said /did to piss off (or whatever word) the Adelsons.
Seems they had a loooong talk and contacted Joel to get this info out.

I've said this before. Tallahassee and surrounding area in the Big Bend of Florida has generational wealth, huge farm operations on hundreds of acres of land plus the academia. It is a capital city. Some of these backwater boys have more money than the slimy As have ever or will have. That's their problem. They and their arrogant circle think they are special, when in fact they are pretty low rent.Old money
Nouveau riche. I do think Donna parents were more well off than Harveys by the home she had growing up vs Charlies (You can look up their addresses on their yearbook bios-(Harvey and Elliot went to High School together).
Yes- they did have their addresses next to their photos)

The inheritance Wendi got I believe she got from her grandmother.

I think your interpretation is a bit off on this. There is a waiting period of 3 days in FL for a gun sale ‘IF” you don’t already have a gun permit – for background checks etc. You can purchase a gun same day legally from a licensed gun dealer if you already have a gun permit OR same day from a private seller (I don’t think you need a permit from a private seller). Dave answered the way he did because of the way Joel framed the question comparing FL gun ‘purchasing’ laws to NY. Everything Dave stated appeared to be factually correct and I didn’t detect any hint of snarkyness nor did I think he was challenging her comment. Take another listen to how Joel framed the question. Also, I’m not about to relisten to her police interview again, but I can swear Tamera mentioned she had a carriers permit – so she likely had a license to carry and, if so, could have bought a gun that day no problem.
I listened to it again and it did sound challenging.
I actually listened to her interview again yesterday and could it be she had a carriers permit without a gun?

Do you go on that website where you can do word/phrase/subject searches on Youtube and get exactly what channel said what and it will take you right to a video where the subject is said?

I ask because Jackie St Germain mentioned thats how she puts her videos together.

I always wondered how people can find out where someone said what from on YT. I don’t know what site that is.

I don't know about the Jacobs vs. Adelson parents comparison but I would not call the Jacobs family nouveau rich. The Jacobs family was originally from working class Flatbush area in Brooklyn, they moved to Flushing in Queens when she got older to a modest, traditional duplex (think Archie Bunker) house that was built in 1955. Both her parents worked, her mother was a bank teller.

At that time that was considered nice-close to Manhattan.

Where did the inheritance come from that Wendi recieved ?

Nouveau Rich - was about Donna and Harvey not her parents.
“More well off” was about D vs Harvey.

Ok, I do see that. HA and DA "moving on up" from Queens to Coral Springs, with a dentist's income, would put them in that category.

What a burden those boys are saddled with that despicable last name. Surely it is infamous and they hear things.
When they turn 18, they can legally change it.

Yes, its possible she had permit and not a gun, but I’m not about to start speculating as to how she acquired the gun – its really irrelevant to me. The only point I was trying to make is Dave responded the way he did simply because of the way Joel phrased the question – he was not challenging Tamara’s claim. Tamera would have absolutely no reason to lie and I sincerely doubt she is lying about buying the gun and I sincerely doubt Dave thinks she was lying.

Re tools for ‘searching’ for content embedded in videos, no, what I am referencing is from memory. I know YouTube allows you to download transcriptions from certain videos and I’m sure there are a multiple (inexpensive / perhaps free) third-party applications that will give you a transcript of any video (Youtube or other in any format) and allow you to search for key words / phrases etc embedded in the video. That technology has been around for several years – it was a very popular feature in corporate recording / storage applications way before YouTube became mainstream.

So is that how you find your info so fast?

I’m not saying that Tamara lied.
Maybe we can do a poll on what people think about his comment.

I’m finishing day 2 of my fasting. Going for as many as I can.
I probably wouldn't have been so bold if I had food in my system.
Would have just kept it to myself.

Florida State University professor Dan Markel was found in his Tallahassee, Florida, home on Friday. Police say there were no signs of robbery or burglary and have yet to disclose any motive.
According to Tallahassee police, officers found Markel after a neighbor called 911 at about 11 a.m. with reports of a "loud bang."

Markel, 41, was rushed to a local hospital, where he died the following day. "While we cannot release specific information or details regarding this case, the Violent Crimes Unit is releasing that Mr. Markel's cause of death was a fatal gunshot wound to the head," Tallahassee Police Chief Michael DeLeo said in a statement.
By Monday, police had categorized the case as a homicide, and according to Tallahassee Police Department spokesman David Northway, Markel was the intended target.

wendi still gets to enjoy freedom/life/her children, etc, yet poor dan is no longer around to raise his kids, because she took it all away and has still not been charged.

No, I did not use any programs to find or search for the info I just referenced – I am going on memory. I know you weren’t saying she lied… I just think that way you interpreted and expressed Dave’s response to Joel’s question was not a fair or accurate representation of what he was saying. Not a big deal. just felt like sticking up for he guy because your comment might influence the way others view him.

I never said she lied. I thought HE thought she lied.
My comment would influence others?
The people here are sleuths.
But I appreciate the fact that you hold me at such high esteem!

Can you provide a source for this and for where Harvey grew up, please? I also grew up in working class Flatbush in Brooklyn. I’d love ro know where they lived. I am just a few years younger than Donna. In those days, moving from Brooklyn to Queens was considered a step up the economic ladder.
