I find it particularly remarkable that Georgia asked Wendi if she was crying and upset when the TV repair guy was there. Wendi testified she didn't think so.

It makes me think Georgia has more up her sleeve about this.

Yes. The TV repair guy stated she seemed upset when he told her the cheap old TV couldn't be repaired.

That's because not even the best, newest TV you can buy costs $5,000. Even with tariffs. Clearly she hadn't TV shopped in a long time.

Do you think she may have confided in him? To set her brother up (more than telling him the joke)?

People have been saying the guy died, but that may just be a rumour.
There isn’t much he said on the police report-other than that she may have been texting her brother.
Which is interesting bc apparently she CALLED her brother.

Since the texts between her and Dan were not posted on her call log (which is strange) with all the other texts/calls from that morning, I wonder if she was texting Dan at that time.
Which is interesting because she claims she hadn’t listened to his 9:02 voice mail yet.
When did she claim she actually heard it?

Unless I’m remembering wrong and the Best Buy guy said she called her brother and didn’t text him.
But I do think he said texting.

Of course it could have been that she was using a burner phone. Since the guy left at 9:15, could have been she did listen to Dans voice mail, letting her know he would be done at the gym 10:30, and she was relaying that message to Donna, or even Katie. To set it all in motion.

I’d like to know if LE had any way of knowing when that vm from DM was listened to.

Dan's voicemail was at 9.04 am. Wendi texted him back at 9.12 am, before she called Charlie, saying

'Repairman at my house right now. I am picking up the boys at 3pm, so your swim idea is a no go today.’

I don't know what WA knew or when she knew it. At some point WA must have known what was in motion BUT she was always the princess in the family, who was precious and needed assistance, Charlie was the fixer and hero....and enjoyed that roll IMO...DA was the busy body in charge of public perception and HA was on a need to know basis who relied on DA for most things in their life. WA and HA, again JMO, knew at some point enough to STOP the MURDER of DM. That to me is also conspiracy in committing the crime.

If WA who possibly knew prior and HA who maybe only knew after and covered up the actions could be charged with a fraction of what the rest have been convicted on, that would wrinkle their world enough to feel some justice for DM and his family. A lesser charge but with some cost and jail/prison time. All JMO to get it done.

In my humble opinion, Wendi knew about the murder before it happened, but I highly doubt there would be enough evidence for first degree murder. Personally, I think the evidence that she sent Rob pictures of Jeff and lied about him being her secret boyfriend is very important. She was getting ready to move out, took the pictures off the wall, gave away childrens clothes, canceled her cable and TV alibi, and of course drove to the scene of the murder. And of course she was giving away Dan's locations. That means she was involved in the planning. Overall, Wendi seems like the biggest liar in the whole family to me.

9:02 was the incoming call from Dan to Wendi according to the call log. (Not 9:04)

9:12 was an INCOMING call from Charlie to Wendi.

According to the trial testimony of Sgt Chris Corbitt, Dan's Voicemail was at 9.04am.

9.12am Charlie attempted to call Wendi and Wendi texted Dan.

time starts from 1.23.05

OK I’m looking at the call log which Corbitt put up at one of the trials.
It’s strange he said 9:04 when it was 9:02 on the log.

Yes, Wendi did not first call Charlie.
Charlie called Wendi at 9:12. I was correcting that.
I usually don’t split hairs but I have always trusted that the call log shown during trial was accurate.
When It came in at the last trial that There were texts going back and forth between W and D, that was surprising since they are not on the call log.

It could have started at 9:02 (or just before 9:03 depending on how long it was) and finished at 9:04 am.

Regardless, Wendi's text shows she'd listened to the voicemail by 9:12, because she then started an argument with him about what time she should have the boys.

9.12am Wendi texts Dan ‘Repairman at my house right now. I am picking up the boys at 3pm, so your swim idea is a no go today.’

9.13am Dan texts Wendi ‘My day ends at 430’

9.13am Dan texts Wendi ‘Under our schedule’

9.13am Dan texts Wendi ‘And you had them until 5 last week’

9.15am Wendi texts Dan ‘Because you needed to food shop.’

9.15am Dan text Wendi ‘You weren’t making them available until 5’

9.18am Wendi texts Dan ‘If it was 4:30 last Friday, you should have told me that.’

9.19am Wendi texts Dan ‘Why tell me now?’

9.20am Dan texts Wendi ‘Because I was being nice’

9.19am to 9.37am - Wendi calls Charlie - an 18 min phone conversation.

9.38am – Wendi texts Dan ‘Nice was fun while it lasted. See you at 4:30 pm today at my house, then.’

It wasn't an error. I was referring to Wendi's call to Charlie, after her texts to Dan.

So it could be DM who she was texting when the guy was there. He said he was there from 8:30-9:15

I agree. I truly feel Wendi is a conniver and manipulator and a very calculating lier. I honestly think she had the first ideas of this travesty. WHY would family members really go this far without her initial desires.

well..maybe Donna... lol
BUT, I really don't think so.
I maintain, the initial idea was Wendi's and the all-out plan was Donnas.

obviously and clearly............. moo..........moo

No he's not dead. His statement is out there. He will make an interesting witness.

He got there 8ish and straight away told WA the TV could not be repaired and was not covered under warranty. That should have been the end of it. He leaves, she dumps the TV in the bin and orders a new one. But no, he ends up staying for another 45mins, she gets upset, she texts her brother about the TV and then phones him for 18 minutes to discuss whether she should repair or replace the TV.

THE TV CANNOT BE REPAIRED!!!!

The TV repair debacle will be used by GC to set the scene to the jury for a catalogue of bizarre behaviours by WA on the day of the murder. At the very least the jury members will know there was something seriously wrong with WA that day.

Yes I think he was on the witness list at some point.
Thinking about that day again, do you remember Wendi said she showed the ABC guy the “Stock the bar” invite?
Well, that was never found on her when they picked her up at Mozaik.
Or at least we hadn’t heard of it-and it was never allowed into evidence when Rashbaum wanted it in.

She can always say, I guess “Oh I threw it out after I bought the Bourbon”.
I dont think she was ever asked what happened to that invite. You’d think she would have saved it as evidence that she did take the invite with her. It wasn’t found in her car. She can probably also say ‘Oh it was in my bag but Det.Isom didn’t ask me for it.”

Edit- PS She lies…

I was trying to find that (Thinking about that day again, do you remember Wendi said she showed the ABC guy the “Stock the bar” invite?).

If she did that could be argued as an attempt to establish an alibi. She didn't need to take the invite it. I'm sure she can remember two word, Bulleit and Bourbon!

Right. So what would be the point of saying she brought the invite in? To prove there was an invite? Couldn’t she have just had it on her phone? Email? Why would she have had to print it out?
It’s too bad they never followed up. Who was the employee? Did they speak to him? Did she actually have the invite with her? Etc.

PS She actually didn’t remember the name at one of the trials. Georgia asked what the name of the Bourbon was and she said she didn’t remember. Georgia asked “was it Bulleit bourbon”?
Valedictorian's usually have photographic memories.
She must have been under stress that day. :)

That's another reason why I think she will be arrested. A ton of witnesses that have never taken the stand in the various trials. I just want to hear the TV guy tell the jury that he was desperate to leave, but WA wouldn't let him.
