Wow. Did you see that guy Michael Bobbit's house? It's on a slope, it has vinyl siding which a clear indicator that it is made of wood, not concrete. I wonder if he is in denial about how safe his second floor is. JMOI understand that for some good reasons some choose to stay (and some have no choice). And some freeze. But if you’re in a place that is almost certain to be washed out and inaccessible you have to try to go. The police are trying to get them to leave.
