George wears eyeglasses.


George was last seen in Miramar, Florida sometime during April of 1974. He was traveling with 4 others by car from southern Florida to New York. According to 3 of his travel companions, when they stopped off the highway in Georgia, the 4th person shot George and killed him. They didn't report this until after George was reported missing in June. An extensive search of the area he was reportedly killed failed to find him. The person responsible allegedly confessed. He is serving a life sentence for another murder and has not been charged in George's case. George has never been found.

Do we know something else about the murderer? I don't get why authorities do not make public his name as he is already serving a life sentence.

I have the impression that he was killed for being smart maybe with money or a girl sometimes it's so easy to have a gun and kill someone... rest in peace
