I literally hate this man with every ounce of my being. I don't care if that even makes me a bad person. I literally hate this man.

He is an abosolute piece of excrement with ZERO value. He is a drain on society. And everyone who called him a hero is also a piece of crap. :(

I agree with you entirely. It is a great pity it isn't federal crime to sell an item used in connection with a crime regardless of whether you get off or not. This individual has no remorse or compassion for Treyvone's family and he has no shame or decency about him. It is disgraceful and disgusting to sell a weapon used to kill another human being for profit. Perhaps I'm very wrong but there doesn't seem to be a massive uproar about him selling this gun in America in the media etc and I don't know why.

Who is the other Floida based monster ?

This poor excuse for a human being is devoid of empathy & decency. I'm so sorry that Trayvon's family has to hear about anything from this trashy person. This is the lowest which is exactly what would be expected from an imbecile.

Ethics and guns: Top auctioneers refuse to sell George Zimmerman gun
Citing moral grounds, two gun auctioneers refused to handle the sale of the 9 mm pistol
that George Zimmerman used to kill unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin.

http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Societ...ctioneers-refuse-to-sell-George-Zimmerman-gun

“Two auctioneers, Wes Cowan of Cowan's Auctions in Cincinnati and James Julia of James D. Julia Auctioneers in Fairfield, Maine, both said on Friday that Zimmerman called their establishments recently hoping to consign the gun with them. Both turned him down.

Cowan said he never returned the call. Julia said he instructed his employees not to accept the gun.

"The man is despicable and I would have nothing to do with his gun," Julia said.

Cowan said: "Morally and ethically, no, I wouldn't do it."”

I wish that LE could take that gun and incinerate it. The fact that this monster can attempt to sell it and with the monstrous description he gave is vile.

I wish he would just crawl under a rock already.

The Smithsonian? Really George, you <self mod snipped> <self mod snipping> piece of <self mod snipped>?

Even people who think his shooting of Trayvon was justified should be appalled out of their pants at this.

I never thought his shooting of Trayvon was justified. His story didn't add up. I always thought that he got off the phone with the police real quick without agreeing to a meeting point because he saw Trayvon again. He ran up to Trayvon, confronted him and possibly attempted to detain him. Then I believe that he got in a scuffle with Trayvon, during which Trayvon punched him in the face ONCE. He then pulled his gun out of either anger or fear in the heat of the moment and shot him point blank. Then he proceeded to lie his arse off, exaggerate the danger he was in, fabricate some cheesy B movie death threats and make the entire thing Trayvon's fault.

IMO, he should have been convicted of second degree murder OR at the very least manslaughter.

He's either a dangerous person with anger issues or an idiot with no respect for what owning a gun entails. Or both.

Be that as it may, he could still be waddling around in a full diaper, and somebody in Florida could find him appealing enough to bed, as a heroic celebrity.

I get so annoyed when i think of how Trayvon was dragged through the mud based on what amounted to speculation. Let me see:

Fact: He had skittles and ice tea on him.
Speculation: he must have been plotting to make purple drank.

Fact: Trayvon was walking home to a house where he was an invited guest.
Speculation: Oh, oh, he was walking too slowly. He must have been casing out houses.

Fact: Trayvon was running away from him and George clearly got out of his car and started following him.
Speculation: Trayvon didn't run away fast enough. He must have doubled back and jumped ZImmerman from the bushes because George said so. George was heading meekly back to his truck when he was attacked even though minutes earlier he had lumped Trayvon together with those "@#@#! who always get away" and could be heard on the recording getting out of his car and running (or walking quickly enough to make him start breathing hard) after Trayvon. Not to mention he admitted it.

I could go on and on, but I'm on the wrong thread.

I find it interesting that he keeps getting into these situations and like Casey Anthony, he never takes any responsibility for them. People just attack him out of nowhere when he is just minding his own business and their stories always differ significantly from his. (His ex wife, his previous ex-fiance, his father in law, two of his girlfriends.)

I really would have liked to hear Trayvon's side of the whole thing. Unfortunately that right was taken from him.

Oh. And now he's giving parenting advice to the Martins.

I hate him. I really do.

“Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin did everything they could to capitalize on her son’s death,” he said. “She was never a mother figure to him. Tracy Martin couldn’t have cared less about their son. He treated him like a dog without a leash.”

Zimmerman claims he initially wanted to keep the gun for his future children and grandchildren but said he came to the decision to sell the gun after praying. “It took me several weeks to think about it,” Zimmerman said.

It’s what the forefathers would do, he surmised.

After praying.

I wonder if he sold any of his awful paintings. You know, the ones where he wrote some pro-gun statements on an image of the flag. Or maybe he just took a dump on the flag, my memory fails as they were such dreadful daubs.

Auction of George Zimmerman gun ends with $138,900 bid

The online auction of the gun used by George Zimmerman to kill Trayvon Martin ended Wednesday morning with a high bid of $138,900.

It is not known if Zimmerman, who was acquitted in the 2012 killing of the Florida teen, will accept the bid.

Not the millions that was by that one bidder. Still I wish no one would have bid on the gun. I despise George! moo

His stupid trolls are all over the place, blaming everything on Trayvon, saying Zimmerman was right and Trayvon deserved to die, claiming George is right about the Martins being crappy parens and saying the world was better without Trayvon.

What's interesting is that it comes across like a concerted attack. Their strategy seems to be spam up the boards until the negative comments about George, their god, get lost in the deluge. It's sickening how mean and ignorant people are. I don't even think Trayvon's murder was racially motivated. I think George had had a bad day (Shellie left him and went to stay with her parents) and he was playing cop and he has no brains or self control and a temper.

But this case makes an issue of race. By that I mean all the racists perk their ears up, crawl out of the woodwork, flood the message boards and start making the most vile accusations possible about black people and crime and Trayvon's lifestyle while George (despite his extensive criminal record) can do wrong.

What is wrong with these people? This whole thing is so stupid and sickening.

Why is anyone defending him? Of course I regularly wonder the same thing when Casey Anthony makes the news.

I have a headache now and I'm really angry. If you value your sanity, do not go to any Yahoo articles about this and read the comments.

It's really cruel. I feel so bad for Trayvon's parents.

Auction ends for gun that killed Trayvon Martin
Doug Stanglin, USATODAY 3 p.m. EDT May 18, 2016

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2016/05/18/auction-ends-gun-killed-trayvon-martin/84547144/

“"First and foremost, I would like to thank and give the glory to God for a successful auction that has raised funds for several worthy causes," Zimmerman said in a blog message. He said it would be up to the winning bidder to decide whether to remain anonymous.

While he did not indicate the size of the successful offer, the bidding began at $100,000. Zimmerman also hinted at "future auction items" but did not elaborate.

*

United Gun Group also confirmed bidding was finished and Zimmerman was "vetting several offers and verifying funds." It also did not indicate the size of the final offer or the name of the successful bidder, saying without elaboration that two auctions had taken place simultaneously, one for pre-qualified bidders and one for the public.

The last bid on the public site came one minute before the action closed and was from a user named "John Smith" for $138,900, the Orlando Sentinel reports. It was not immediately clear whether it was a legitimate bid.”
