Giovanni Solina was discharged from a local hospital, located at 1401 West Seminole Blvd at approximately 12:00 pm. He left the hospital on foot and has not contacted family. Solina is diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia and Diabetes.

Anyone with information on Giovanni’s whereabouts, please contact Sanford Police Department.

A man has been reported as missing endangered after being discharged from a local hospital in Sanford, according to the Sanford Police Department.
