I took a look again and I still think Maxwell Allen Graham looks alot like the UID.

besides the age, height and hair color (brown vs. auburn), they both had shoulder length hair. in addition, while there is no weight estimate for the UID, he was wearing 30" waist underwear and 32" waist jeans. Maxwell weighed 150 lbs for a 5'10" frame so a 30-32" waist is right on target.

Doenet says Graham is 6 feet. Some margin for error is in order, but that seems like quite a bit. I'm bad at facial comparisons so I'll just include the faces.

I just realized that Pamela Strassel ruled out Walls on dentals yet there is no dental information in Namus for the UID.

I don't think there were any missing men between 1975 and 1980 between the ages of 15-40 who had red/auburn hair so if the missing person is in Namus, it would have be brown hair.

Yeah even then auburn (just like hazel/brown) is more of an opinion than a fact I'd say.

It's a shame the first suggested MP didn't work out, but I could see that wouldn't match much because the diamond dealer would have been very well put together and the guy they found in a field was like... dressed down so to speak.

There is another UID in Riverside County, CA that LE (per an e-mail I received from Rick Bogan of the Riverside County Sheriff's Office a few months ago) thinks might be Donald Ewalt, but they are waiting for funding to be available to exhume him to do DNA tests --

Sumter, South Carolina: Unsolved/Cold Cases Files has Maxwell as 5'10 feet.
I think Maxwell looks a lot like the UID recon.

This could be an interesting clue; gym shoes, size 11, inscribed with signature endorsement of former basketball player John Havlicek.

He played college basketball in Ohio, then got drafted by the Boston Celtics. He retired after the 1977/78 season. Interestingly he died in Jupiter, Florida, about an hour and a half from where the UID was found.
