The reconstruction looks like he could possibly be Hispanic/Latino. I wonder if he could be someone who immigrated from Cuba and most of his family is still there (and maybe hence why he may not have been reported missing).

I thought about this since it was 1980 and Castro opened El Mariel in April 1980 and the people started coming in soon after.

I am posting a photo of the recon with the tshirt on from the namus profile.

But also something that caught my eye. Said he was wearing signature John Havlicek sneakers. I went on to search for them and John Havlicek was from the Boston Celtics. Maybe this guy came from Boston? Just a thought.

Entirely possible. Lots of people travel from Boston to Florida for work, play, and criminal activity. Though Havlicek had a big following all around the country.

The decal on the t-shirt is one of those iron-on decals from a long defunct shop. Here are two images from an eBay listing. First manufactured/illustrated in 1979 by "Roach". I went ahead and bought the decal off eBay anyways because I've always thought the shirt was kinda interesting

Kenneth Donald Brodacki MP#20426

On the 14th of February 1979, Kenneth Brodacki was visiting relatives in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and was last seen departing Prince Albert on that same day. He called home to friend in Canada several days later. it was confirmed that Kenneth was actually seen in Okeechobee, FL. After that, he has not been seen or heard from since.

Mr. Brodacki was a pilot who had been living in Maple Ridge, British Columbia and he was previously employed in the state of Florida. He was associated with a Beech 70 Queen Air twin engine aircraft with call sign N7959R. The plane was last in operation in June 15, 1980, and was transferred/sold in 2006 in Fort Lauderdale.

The plane was last in operation in June 1980 and John Doe was found in September. Could this be Ken Brodacki?
