Missing man last seen bicycling in Panama City Beach

Vanhooser is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot, 11-inches, 180 lbs with brown hair and green eyes.

He has Hebrew tattoos "all over his body,".

Vanhooser was last seen in the area of Front Beach Road and Highway 79 on the morning of Sept. 26, 2019, wearing a neon yellow landscaper shirt, black jeans and a blue backpack and traveling on a gray and blue bicycle.

That is a very populated area with many businesses, cameras, foot traffic, vehicle traffic. It seems odd that he hasn’t been found.

He has a couple of Facebook pages of his own. In one (under his name only) he is chronicling his journey around the country on foot, rarely by vehicle. In some photos the wife/girlfriend is with him. He at times refers to being off grid. Perhaps he is out there traveling and didn’t alert anyone to his plans.

That is one of the busiest intersections in PCB. I don't see how something could have happened to him there and go unnoticed. I'm leaning to off the grid somewhere.

He was arrested on 09/10/2020 in Walton County, FL and charged with Battery -Touch or Strike.
