Details of Disappearance​

Fortich was last seen in the area of 133 Avenue southwest 55th Street in Miami, Florida at 9:00 p.m. on August 31, 1998. He has never been heard from again.

Fortich may be driving a burgundy or maroon 1993 Pontiac Grand Am with the Florida license plate number WBP66C. Few details are available in his case, but foul play is suspected.

The area where he was last seen is near where the heroes at Sunshine State Sonar found a woman in her vehicle that had disappeared from her residence and was suicidal. This was maybe a year or so ago. Her name escapes me and I don't have time to research right now. The area was developed in the 70s and 80s and there are tons of lakes and ponds that were dug out for fill that the houses were then built upon. All of this is to say: I agree with you 100%. If his car disappeared as well, he is probably in a body of water and there is no shortage of those in the area where he was last known to be (and all of South Florida for that matter).
