Hello - I shall be leaving on a Holiday to California!! And won't be around WS for at least 2 weeks (9/18 thru 10/2). So am going to post the hearing/trial that is coming up the following week while I am gone. Please keep 'good' notes while I'm gone! LOL! I will definitely be way behind on all my cases I'm following.... but will try & peek in mid-way thru my vacation.

*Status Hearing (@ 8:30am ET) – FL – Harley Don Hiatt, Jr. (2) (July 31, 2018, Davenport; tortured to death) – only for *Christian Martell Thompson (26) “BF of mom” arrested & charged (7/31/18) & arraigned (8/3/18) with 1st degree murder, 1st degree aggravated child abuse, 1st degree aggravated manslaughter of a child, 2nd degree negligent child abuse & marijuana possession & paraphernalia. Plead not guilty. No bond. DA will seek DP.
9/6/18 Update: Next Status hearing on 9/13. 9/13/18 Update: Status hearing is continued to 9/28.
9/28/18 Update: Waives speedy trial. Next Status hearing on 12/6. 12/6/18: Status hearing moved to 2/7/19. 2/7/19: Next Status hearing on 7/31. 7/31/19: Next Status hearing on 9/25.

8/3/18 Update: Arraignment hearing on 9/4, continued to 9/11. 9/11/18: Status hearing (#7158) & Arraignment/Violation of Probation (#522) on 10/3. 10/3/18: Status hearing for both cases on 10/11. 10/11/18: Hearings for both cases continued to 10/16. 10/16/18: Status hearing set for 1/3/19.
