Hmmm. Alludes to Mexican Mike again (arrested for murder-for-hire plot)- a trail we’ve been down earlier in this thread, many links upthread. So... if MM was involved in Don’s murder, and CB didn’t hire the hit, who else would have? And how would that explain all those land titles transferred to KF after Don’s disappearance? Gonna have to be mighty compelling evidence to convince me CB was not involved.

Looking forward to Tiger King 2!

ETA: I still find Trish’s testimony very credible. I don’t believe she was just throwing her ex, KF, under the bus. Moo

BBM

Who else would benefit directly from JDL's disappearance? If it was not CB who hired the hit, someone did it for her, which is basically the same.

I rewatched episode 3 this morning and, let me quote JDL's daughter GR: "There was a note pinned to the refrigerator door, it said: Never speak that man's name again in this house!"
Very telling of what was going on at that time, between that family and inside that house.

I can't recall if Trish identified the (now in prison) MM as the same MM who used to hang around with KF, did she?
Wasn't MM in custody the weekend JDL disappeared?

No one in their right mind would put their life at risk with false accusations. I totally believe Trish and admire her courage for coming forward especially after all the things she went through while living with KF. What would she gain from lying?

ITA. She’s years past divorce financial settlement & child custody issues. So unless to jump on social bandwagon of this high profile case (which I doubt), no motive. Imo

I don’t recall MM aka MG in custody that weekend, though... Trying to jog the grey matter...

Is this "Mexican Mike"?
Hey @Mike Turber | 5X5 NEWS, not sure I absorbed all this correctly, so... set me straight!

- Who is “Jim”, witness of a motorcycle transaction on Sunday night, and the “last to see Don alive”?

-How does that mesh with secretary not getting a response to numerous pages from Friday night? When Don “always” responded immediately to her pages? And there were urgent business matters (the auto info needed for international customs forms) to complete before Costa Rica flight?

-How does Jim’s story mesh with Trish’s testimony regarding KF’s bizarre Sunday afternoon departure & midnight return with Don’s blue van & lifetime gun collection?

-Not sure I understand the 2 MM theory. I get Mike Garcia is a common name in FL/Tampa Bay. And I get the hit-for-hire connection to tattooed Mike. But are you saying there is a DIFFERENT MG who lived with KF & Trish? Or that he was a prior or subsequent owner/renter of one of their properties? Was this one of the properties transferred by CB to KF after Don “disappeared”?

-Did you find in MG’s court docs, description of the exact antique gun the cousin used in the hit? Do photos exist? Or is the gun in custody? I’ve wondered if that gun could be identified by one of Don’s friends as having belonged to Don...

-If witness protection MG (same or not same as owner/renter of KF property?) was hired to make a hit (as he did in a later unrelated conviction), are you saying the hit would have been on order of the Latin Kings coincidentally immediately before Don left CB for good & moved to Costa Rica?

This is undoubtedly the MURKIEST case I have EVER followed. Ever.

Reveal what you can... TIA

At the 38:00 mark, Mr. Turber says: "This is obviously the not him image". But, that is obviously the same MM as in the other pictures. They have the same tattoos and the same DOB. The DOB could be just a coincidence but the exact same tattoos, i doubt.

Here is a link, and i hope it's allowed here: Michael A Garcia - AGG BATTERY INTENDED HARM Florida, Mugshot 6288978

As we can see tattoo #9 is the same as shown in the video at 36:15. EYE FOR AN EYE!

And btw, "he doesn't look hispanic" because hispanics can be of any race, any ancestry, any ethnicity.

Excellent catch. What are the odds 2 Mike Garcia’s would have “eye for an eye” stomach tattoo. And ita- all pics the same criminal. Imo.

I don’t recall if this article was posted here since it was updated last fall. Excellent recap of just about every angle of Don’s disappearance.

There is a “Jim More” interviewed- worked with Don at BCR & helped him prep for Costa Rico. Idk if he’s the same “Jim” that @Mike Turber | 5X5 NEWS latest vid refers to as the last to see Don alive, but no such indication is recorded during his interview with The Times.
Where is Tampa’s missing ‘Tiger King’ millionaire?

I just started to listen the podcast and I saw it was over an hour long and I quit. I will try to find some time to listen to it tomorrow and comment. I think you asked some excellent questions. I don’t know who Mike is but perhaps he will elaborate on the questions you asked.

All the pics are the same MM and most of the pics are available online. MM is a white male of hispanic origin.
Hispanic origins are not races!

I just watched the whole video from Mike. I think you are correct, that is the same MG. The stomach tattoo makes it pretty obvious they are the same person.

@JudgeJoe great questions that, as you, i would like to have answered.

The more I watch the video the more questions I am left with. And there is one that sticks out to me, who is the MG in the “sealed” court files Mr. Turber had privileged access to? The "Eye For An Eye" MG or one we don’t know about (yet)?

I also read on 5X5News’ page that the FBI contacted Mr. Turber and "advised him to stop looking into MG". Mr. Turber also claims that, by doing so, the FBI "knew they had messed up", and that’s when Mr. Turber “decides to go live with the information”.

Does this means there's a Miguel Garcia involved in Don’s disappearance?

An off-topic aside: Mr. Turber stated he’s been doing investigation for 30 years now and that we could look his name up, but I couldn’t find any info. @Mike Turber | 5X5 NEWS, could you tell us where to read more about your work as a detective and investigative journalist? TIA

Hmm, Lewis is a pilot who happily flies without a license, nobody knows how many planes he owns, he is very secretive, he's moved assets into a Costa Rica business he owns, he owns property in Costa Rica, he's expressed the desire to live in Costa Rica, and his van is found at small airport where he keeps airplanes. In my opinion, the man went to Costa Rica in his own plane.

Netflix

CB
's Rebuttal to Netflix

(...) 20:04 Anne acts like Don being missing for two days (that she hadn’t heard from him) was odd but there are plenty of diary entries to remind me that he did that all the time. Anne claims Don always told her where he was, but again there were several times when she called me because she couldn’t find him for days on end. Her sarcasm about me not calling the police until the next day was unwarranted, but again, the producers chose not to air Don’s common behavior at the time. I had seen Don the morning of the 18th and by noon the same day she was all over me to call the police, which I did the next day.(...)

BBM

The question i can't stop asking myself: Why did CB report JDL missing that day? After all, "he did that all the time". Why this time then?
22 years, 7 months, 2 days (and a year) later, the answer I get is always the same... MOO

His attorney made the request for an emergency order after Lowe wrote that he and his wife had decided to delete the text messages and recordings from their phones.

"This lying, narcissistic pr--- can rot in Ft Worth for the rest of his miserable life," Lowe wrote in an April 14 text message attached as an exhibit to the request.
...
Lowe spoke on "The Dr. Oz Show" April 13 about having evidence that could change the case.

"It's information that once I turn over … we may not have the ability to reside in the United States anymore," Lowe said on the nationally televised program.

"But we know that certain facts were left out that would have made the government's star witnesses look very uncredible, and their testimony would be challenged by what we were told not to reveal.

"We've got the text messages, and what the feds don't realize is as they're asking me to videotape Joe 24/7, we also recorded them.”
Tiger King star Joe Exotic wants murder-for-hire case evidence saved
*I’ve distanced myself from this thread. I live very close to this whole tragic comedy of errors. I’m embarrassed for us. The players in this ludicrous story don’t represent Oklahomans well. I’m ashamed to be anywhere near this freak. I enjoyed the Netflix show but cringed at some of the representation of our state citizens. Oh well, it is what it is...

Don't feel too badly, @imstilla.grandma. Every state has at least one hum-dinger of a case. (The Great Buckeye State sure isn't proud of the Wagner family. Sigh.)

At least the only one who died during the filming off the TK documentary was the poor young man who didn't realize there was a round in the chamber, the murder-for-hire plot, such as it was, notwithstanding.

Is every tiger owner a murderer?
What is up with the tiger people ?

The man who escaped with a pet tiger that was seen in walking around a neighborhood in Houston is out on bond for murder in Fort Bend County, police say

WOW! JOE EXOTIC’s SENTENCE VACATED!? I’m actually surprised. I wonder if this will fire-up Don’s case again.
