Winter Garden resident and local Realtor Jane Dunkelberger, 51, is missing.

Dunkelberger was last seen Friday, July 29. She and her daughter went to a local bank to run some errands, and Dunkelberger later was dropped off at home. That was the last time her family has seen her or even heard from her.

Earlier today, after the 72 hours of no contact, Dunkelberger's family filed a missing person report with the Florida Crime Information Center.

She is presumed to be driving her four-door silver Buick Lacrosse with dark-tented windows. The car is also missing.

If you have any information about Dunkelberger's whereabouts or any information that can help her family and friends locate her, call her brother, Hank Mallol at (941) 524-0775, or friend David Terry at (315) 450-0518.

Did other family members see her at home after she was dropped off there? I'm assuming she wasn't seen at home.
Was she going to show a house? Seems that if she was going to a showing her family would have known about it, or she would have left a note or told her daughter. It probably also would have been mentioned in MSM.

If she did go to a showing, that could be where the trouble started...and ended.
Worrisome -- gone 72 hours. SMH.

She took her daughter with her when she went to the bank? How much cash did she withdraw or what specific bank business did she need to do? Where’s the husband?

If she was dropped off was her car there already? Meaning her daughter was driving?

Hopefully there is a record of any showings that she may have recently had or that were scheduled. I'm a Realtor and we have an online service that allows us to schedule showings via the MLS. You request the showing, the listing agent is alerted and confirms the appointment. So there is an online record of showings. I feel sure her MLS offers the same type of service. Also, if she opened a MLS lockbox there will be a record too. A private lockbox will not provide that.

Not good to add that she was going through a divorce.

She's well known in the community so if someone sees her they may recognize her. Praying she is safe and well.

Can you access any of the documents? Looks like there was a request on July 25. tia

No, which is somewhat odd.

I had a divorce in Florida that was considered high conflict with a child. I ended up with a restraining order during it and a lot of the documents were protected because of that so maybe that’s why?
Family law cases are exempt from Sunshine Law. Obtaining these kind of documents online is near impossible.

From your link... She's very active in her community and successful in her business endeavors, it appears.

"... you could find her volunteering in non-profit she co-created, Legacy Events for Education, which raises money for scholarships for seniors based on community outreach, conduct, and academic performance, Last year, Legacy was able to raise funds for 21 scholarships, in honor of the Class of 2021. Their motto is “It’s not what you take from the world, it’s what you leave behind!”

"She was also inducted into the Million Dollar Club by the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, by becoming a bronze producer in 2020."

I understand this is not the same situation, but when I read "female realtor missing" my heart still remembers the Beverly Carter case. Prayers for Jane.

My opinion - she was the bread winner from reading about her accomplishments.
