*Status Hearing (@ 9am ET) - FL - Jared Galen Bridegan (33), father of 4 ambushed & killed (shot 4 times), his 2-year-old daughter was just feet away in the back seat, Jacksonville Beach, Feb. 16, 2022. *Henry Arthur Tenon (61/now 63) arrested (1/25/23) & charged (1/26/23) & arraigned (2/16/23) with conspiracy to commit murder in the 1st degree, 2nd degree murder with a weapon, accessory to the fact to a capital felony & child abuse. Plead not guilty. Held without bond (murder) & $1.5M (other counts). Duval County
In Tenon's court file "on or between 1/4/22 & 2/16/22, in the county of Duval & the State of Florida, did agree, conspire, combine or confederate with other human beings to, unlawfully and from a premeditated design, effect the death of Bridegan."
Trial was set to begin on 7/19/23 was cancelled, Tenon plead guilty (3/16/23) to 2nd degree murder. Sentencing hearing on 6/14/23 was vacated & rescheduled on 7/12/23 & was vacated.
2nd case ID #16-2022-CF-008168-AXXX-MA for Driving while license suspended or revoked-Felony & unlawful speed (requires speed). Hearings running concurrent with murder case.
Judge London M. Kite presiding. Asst. State attorney Christina Simak & Asst. Public Defender Alan Chipperfield for murder case. Asst. Public Defender Matthew Barrett Hoover Bodie for driving case.

Looking at that post (IANAL) but wonder if that means that SG does not have a hearing today? Interesting IMO if so.

Is something starting to split, fracture, or separate? Or am I simply overthinking this? Maybe some of the defendants are starting to further unalign? If so, that could be useful to investigators? Or is one of the defendant’s lawyers causing that perceived difference? MOO

I just looked it up and HT next status hearing is 1/6/25 and SG/MFS have another pretrial 12/12/24 at 9am

Also on 10/18/24 and 10/29/24 the D gave notice of taking depositions via zoom and 10/30/24 D filed two motions which were taken under advisement at the hearing … FPT and JS dates in 2025 the same- what else do you need?
