The victim Jared Bridegan apparently was just a prince of a guy, adored by his wife and children, and then apparently murdered in front of his daughter, and at the request of his loser ex-wife Shanna Gardner, IMO. From what I read, is the death penalty is on the table for her?

They don't. Her family has been very involved since his death in keeping the kids from seeing his side of the family. Disgusting and wrong on so many levels. I am not convinced that they didn't help to plan his assassination.
