In Orange County jail waiting for transfer to Jacksonville in Duval County. Transferred to Duval County on 3/22/23. Held without bond. Plead not guilty (4/4/23). DA will seek the DP. Gardner was in court Thursday as well for a status hearing. She is due back in court on Tuesday, March 31 at 9 a.m.
