Please share and help find Jaxson and Erin:

There are no signs of foul play at this point in the investigation, but family members and our deputies are concerned for their safety - we need every set of eyes looking so that we can check on them.

They may be traveling in 2004 beige Toyota Sienna minivan, with a Florida tag of BZAX67 - the back driver's side window was busted and repaired with duct tape...it will stand out if you see it.

If you do see them, contact your local law enforcement agency or our Combined Communications Center at 352-955-1818.

The father of Jaxson filed an action for custody on July 5th in Alachua county.

Thanks, Jethro. So, am I understanding this correctly - an emergency motion was granted and she was supposed to turn Jaxson over to his father?

Interesting comment on the ACS post from JO about 2 hours ago. I hope it's a good lead and that Jaxson will be found safe!

She is such a good looking lady and i wonder who provided the pic for the alert, it seems somehow wanted to make her look stressed or unwell.

07/05/2019 EMERGENCY VERIFIED MOTION FOR CHILD PICK UP ORDER
Court Records
This was filed after she was last seen. I expect this order is the reason police are looking for her and Jaxson. I don't see anything in either of their records to indicate there was something on-going. I also don't see him in her photos in a long while. There does not appear to be a formal custody arrangement.

Not really sure what was going on, but it could be something as simple as Dad was supposed to have Jaxson for the 4th of July and this weekend and Mom decided to do something else and this is Dad's reaction. It also could be that Mom said something to a relative or friend that was concerning and that is what kicked off the sequence of events.

(UPDATE - ALERT CANCELLED - Jaxson and Erin have been located, safe and sound, thanks to an alert citizen in Georgia. We’re working with local authorities there to finish up the case, and there are no criminal charges filed at this time.)
