MISSING/ENDANGERED PERSON ALERT

The Daytona Beach Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, 13-year-old Jaylen Glass. Jaylen is a white female with blonde hair, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds.

Jaylen was last seen leaving the area of Hinson Middle School.

Jaylen was last seen wearing a blue long sleeved shirt, shorts, and dark shoes.

Officials report missing Volusia County teenager has been found

The Daytona Beach Police Department confirmed that 13-year-old Jaylen Glass, who was reported missing earlier Wednesday, has been found in a social post on Facebook.

"Jaylen Glass has been located safe and sound! We appreciate everyone who reached out! Your collective efforts exemplify the strength of our community," the statement said.
