An 18-year-old mother in Miami, Florida, is accused of trying to hire a hitman from a parody website in order to kill her 3-year-old son.

The website owner, Robert Innes, told WTVJ that Paez sent pictures of the child and the exact location of where he would be. He said that he normally gets hundreds of similar solicitations each week, but the specificity of Paez’s alleged request — including pictures of the boy and his exact location — set off warning bells.

Paez has been charged with first-degree murder solicitation and unlawful use of a communications device. Records show that she was given a $15,000 bond, and WTVJ reported that a judge ordered her to stay away from the child.

There's dumb and then there's dumber..... I hope that little one never sees her again. He deserves family who loves him and wants him.

Jazmin Paez was flagged to authorities after she filled out a form on a parody hit-for-hire website designed to “prevent legitimate solicitations to commit murders,” according to a Miami-Dade police affidavit.

The individual who runs the website received a service request to put out a hit on the intended victim, Paez’s son, police say. The website’s operator reached out to the police, who verified the credibility of the information provided on the website.

Authorities tracked down Paez using an IP address and phone number obtained through the fake website, which led them to the residence of the grandmother of the 3-year-old. The child was living with his grandmother at the time, according to police.

The mother allegedly told police she was in a romantic relationship with an individual who didn’t like that she had a son and had broken up with Paez for this reason.

A second person has also been charged

Gamaliel Soza, 18, was arrested Monday and is accused of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and unlawful use of a communications device.

He was in touch with Paez by text and wrote about the potential plot to kill Paez’s toddler son, according to an arrest affidavit.

“The kid is the problem. I hope you see that all I ever wanted, was to free you. I told you about the kid. You won’t do anything,” the affidavit says.

In another text exchange between Paez and Soza, Soza allegedly wrote, “You do it, and I’ll think about coming back.”
