As the hours tick on, I'm becoming very concerned for this young girl. At first I thought she was just hiding in the woods and would be found quickly but now I'm not so sure

New here, joined because I was looking for more info on Jenna. I have a 10 yo daughter with Aspergers and this is my worst fear. My daughter also wanders sometimes and it is terrifying. I am praying hard for Jenna.
Are there lots of alligators in this part of FL? I hate to go there... but its FL. Dont they hunt at night?

Just saw about this case I have a non verbal child with Autism and this is just a nightmare for any parent but magnified when your child maybe struggles to communicate or even doesn't recognise danger. I am praying for Jenna's safe return.

Welcome to Websleuths!!! Alligators are around and the hunting part depends on if they are fed by human or not. Don't get me wrong, when new developments arise and food becomes scarce, a mid afternoon puppy snack is not uncommon. There is however a lot of minor ponds or waterways around her area.

I am in central fl. and on a lake right now and gators are somewhat dormant this time of year.

What your heck was she doing there? Did she get lost? Could she not communicate that or did she wander off on an adventure? Hope she is healthy and not too distraught.
