Judge Keith White will be checking in with the jury at 8 p.m. to see where they're at. At this point, they've deliberated for about 7 hours on whether Scott Nelson should spend the rest of his life in prison or be executed for the brutal killing of Jennifer Fulford.

Interesting, the jury is asking for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition, also known as the DSM-5. Doctors used it during the trial when discussing Scott Nelson's mental illnesses. Judge White says he can't give it to them because not in evidence
