Found Safe FL - Jessica Schmutz, 34, Putnam County, 8 March 2019

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing and endangered 34-year-old woman from Palatka.

Police say Jessica Schmutz was last seen walking away from Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine March 8.

She was last seen wearing an orange Under Armor hoodie.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office says Schmutz has a history of mental health issues and requires medication. If you see her, you are urged to contact the sheriff's office at 386-329-0800 and reference case #PCSO19OFF001019.

Yes she is very depressed as well as extremely manic she needs medical attention to level her imbalance.
