New video has been released in the missing person case of Joleen Cummings. She's the Nassau county mom who went missing on Mother's day. The lone suspect in the case, Kimberly Kessler was caught on surveillance video again, this time police say she was seen asking a store clerk for a cell phone to call a cab. This all happening just hours before Cummings went missing.

Well, that article cleared up the question I had of whether or not she had actually married the one guy a second time - there were two divorce cases involving the same parties that went to conclusion in Arizona.

Kimberly Kessler went by Melissa K McKernan she married Losey in the mid 90’s in Arizona (per his new wife and brother who posted in a FB Group back in July).

She met Losey while she was a stripper. She wouldn’t have sex until marriage. They married.

Losey spoke to media saying:
Losey said he was married to Kessler twice, under her alias Melissa McKernan while living in Arizona.

He said Kessler was using fake names long before being reported missing in the 2000s.

Losey described Kessler as a sweet, health-conscious woman.

“My thoughts about Melissa doing it -- my Melissa, I can’t see her doing it," he said when asked about the allegations against Kessler.

Losey explained their relationship as a crazy one and said he hasn't heard from Kessler in decades.

Yesterday the media released surivance video the night Joleen Cummings went missing. The suspect Kimberly Kessler is seen parking Joleeens SUV and acting anxious in the Gate Gas Station.

Yes, looks like it was released yesterday to the media. The date in the link says 9/6/18. Maybe it was released before, but I hadn’t seen it. Nothing yet on the murder charge.

The sheriff says Joleen left behind "plenty of evidence" and hopes it will lead to her body. The sheriff says the details of the case -- when released -- will shock the community.

Kessler was arraigned Friday and will appear in court on Sept. 13, State Attorney Melissa Nelson said. She faces life in prison, Nelson said.
