GUILTY FL - Jordan Davis, 17, shot to death, Satellite Beach, 23 Nov 2012 #10

What do you guys honestly think the verdict will be?

I think it will be 2nd degree murder, but I do think it should be guilty of 1st degree because of the way Dunn just kept on shooting and then fled the scene.

IMO

I hate trying to predict. Logically it should be guilty. Science and angles proved that what MD said couldn't be true, but look at the Casey Anthony case.

Good almost-afternoon, all! Spent the morning trying to find my 17-lb. "yellow" cat. He usually wakes me up every morning at 4:30 for his first breakfast.

Where on earth indoors, doors locked, no access to the basement... where could he be??? Searched every nook and cranny twice. Searched places he could never fit.

After 1 1/2 hours, he came out from behind a trundle in the guest room... no appetite, usually bully-boy was wide-eyed and scared.

Off to the vet. They'll test him during the day as there was no appointment available.

Just joining in here. What? Verdict after lunch?

I wish that, but I think it will take longer than that!

Oh no :( I hope he feels better soon!

Just got a call from the vet. Tape worm from eating bugs and a sore bottom from a bite from the kitty he bullies. He'll be fine...

I have the 4 feed up, and keep refreshing in the hopes they will go live...

I am thinking M2. But let me tell you, if they come out with a NGI would not be surprised. This is, after all, Florida. Signed, CA & GZ.

Still hoping for M1. I am a vindictive old lady.

Oh, pet worms scare the crap out of me. My dog got roundworm as a puppy and what came out of her has traumatized me.

"...Corey is not well liked in Florida. In fact, some have called for her disbarment over some of her actions, citing perjury and retaliation to name a few... Corey avoided a grand jury, where her case likely would not have held water, and then withheld evidence in her affidavit to the judge. “It was a perjurious affidavit,” Dershowitz tells me, and that comes with serious consequences: “Submitting a false affidavit is grounds for disbarment.” http://www.nationalreview.com/article/353633/angela-coreys-checkered-past-ian-tuttle

ITA! If MD is found not guilty, I'll be as devastated as the CA verdict.

One reason why I wished Corey had stayed out of this one. She's a good lawyer but her reputation precedes her.

Never got a text about the jury requesting a whiteboard :( If someone finds a better text alert, please post it. TIA!

I signed up with two alerts, but no text. Heard the whiteboards request because I left Jax4 open on my PC and heard the judge talking...lol

I too am hoping for M1 but am concerned about so many white males on the jury and from I recall 10 whites/2 not...I am concerned about it coming down to M2 but am confident they will come to a verdict and it will not be a not guilty! Hoping for later today and they probably would like to go home.

Yea, M2 sounds about right. Nothing since the whiteboard request? Are they having lunch now?

They only have the whiteboard to play Tic Tac Toe on. They decided after half an hour and just want to ramp up the suspense.

Are you talking about the Dunn case? If so what evidence was withheld? This seems like a very strong case to me.
