Most of the time I'm confused about where an attorney is going I eventually get it by the time he's done. Not this guy. :waitasec:

Probably because remember, Atkins says he wrote the number down on the brown paper bag. The manager is saying she did after someone told it to her. Unless there were two different paper bags which seems awfully coincidental. :scared:

She heard gunshots, pulled into the parking lot of the store, the red suv pulled in next to her. She saw bullet holes in the car. She asked them if they were ok.

If there is something they don't know the inference we're to make is that they don't know anything.

I thought the witness said he gave the tag # to a store employee and they wrote it down on a brown paper bag.......I could be wrong
