He was worrying about blind shooting positions.

HUH, He knows nothing about expert shooting, Has not training..

I have never ever heard that term before..

IT is why I asked about the Jury. He is lying. and it is obivious. .Any mother on that jury knows that right now..

Now he cries about Rhonda because she's heard the shot and he's worried about her life too.

It's not just him and his life. So he's worried that the shotgun spread will kill Rhonda.

In the panic state of mind he thought he fired once.
He was worried about a blind firing situation.

He wanted them to keep their heads down, to keep them from shooting blindly (how does that make sense again? If they keep their heads down they won't see who they shoot)

There are four potential shooters against just one of him.

He had to leave with Rhonda to save their lives because they might come back or have friends in the area to do retaliation. (gee, wouldn't it have been great to call the police)

I think he won't be quite so calm and confident when it's the state's turn. Hopefully we'll see some flashes of his (what I believe he has) quick temper.
