I'm not being snarky, but tell that to Caylee and Trayvon. I'm betting manslaughter. I think we'll have to consider manslaughter a good verdict by Florida standards. JMO

I think that manslaughter is probably the best we can hope for in this case. Unfortunately, some jurors will think that they are voting for or against the 'right to bear arms' instead of the facts and evidence in this case. We have seen this happen and not too long ago either. I agree it is clear cut and plain for anyone to see as 1st degree murder but we are talking Florida here.

He was confusing sometimes and he talked fast! He also tried to twist their words around and put words in their mouth a lot. Probably did it on purpose to make it seem like witnesses were uncooperative.
