Defense keeps wanting to approach. Trying to change the flow of the prosecutor's closing. Jmo
ciao
I have a question for gun enthusiasts. I know nothing about guns, have never handled one, don't own one. I am aware there is a process that one goes through to have a CCW permit.
In your training for gun ownership, do they teach you about Assessing and reassessing a situation before discharging your firearm? I figure the police do, but what about private citizens? TIA
Please pardon my ignorance about guns. Thanks again.
I was going back and forth between 1st and 2nd degree murder, but MD definitely has lied about a lot of things here. It makes me wonder if he is totally lying about seeing a weapon. I don't think he saw a weapon, I think he just assumed because they were black males listening to "" music, that there had to be a weapon in there somewhere.
I think he is a lying coward, and that is what got him into this situation in the first place.
He never should have had that gun in the glove box when he had been somewhere where he was drinking. Jordan Davis might have yelled at him, but that is not a deadly threat in anyone's book.
If he would have told the truth from the beginning, he could have possibly avoided a trial and received a lesser sentence, imo. 1st degree all the way for me, he had the power stop what he was doing and not kill someone.
I hate CCW and the false bravado it gives some of these whimpering cowards.
