This guy is disgusting. Just disgusting. Trying to drum up business, fame and fortune over the body of a 17 y/o kid. Hopefully the jury will come back with a guilty verdict and we won't have to hear from him again. jmo

Glad HLN had pics of Jordan in full screen & Scrolla in small box doing presser.

what kind of double talk was his answer. MD settled a civil case but did not agree to it? can anyone explain that and is it normal to settle a civil suit before the actual state case.

I was confused by that wording, too. I wish we had info on that civil settlement.

Of course, he wouldn't agree with anything that went against him.

i wonder what the judge thinks of this...judge seems so ethical and sensitive to the families...a commentator just said he "does not know what games Strolla is playing" I agree...who knows? Money I think. He said he is not getting paid??? Anyone know about that??

Strolla says the "settlement" of the civil suit btwn Davis family and #MichaelDunn was not agreed to by Dunn #DunnTrial

He makes it sound as if it came out of MD's pocket. The family was entitled to sue either way for wrongful death and I'm sure the insurance company paid for it. So why would Strolla say that??? jmo

this is bull...he had to sign off on it...your attorneys can not sign off for you. Many of us have settled different matters that we dont' agree with but in the end you do agree or you don't sign. This attorney has really gone down in my opinion...also there is no sincere mention of sympathy for the death of this 17 year old boy.

Strolla may be trying to throw the case into a mistrial.... MO

I just don't see what the jury will get from the store video, unless there is other video we have not seen.?

Heard on HLN this am that there were no outdoor cameras at the gas station. If true, thank goodness for the young man who got the license plate number of Dunn's car. I really don't know if he would have been found had LE not had that license plate information. Not sure how much of RR's face is seen in any part of the video inside the store, but from what I've seen I don't think she could be identified either. Wonder if Dunn's story will be featured on, "I Almost Got Away With It"?!

Imo LE would have eventually found Dunn. Because they would have shown on tv sketches of Rhonda's face and the video, plus witnesses in parking lot could give description of Dunn. Plaster those images on every network in FL and Rhonda would have turned herself in shaking and ringing her hands (rolling my eyes) or someone who recognized her would have. Jmo

ciao

If Strolla giving this interview were to do that, than Strolla needs to be disciplined!

Davis family filed civil suit against Dunn. Settled, but no details yet disclosed.

Strolla says he's not sure if he will be able to stay on the case if #MichaelDunn is convicted bc no money left #DunnTrial

I would think if it has not been disclosed there was an agreement not to talk about it. So why is Strolla talking about it???

I heard mention of gunshots in that video, but did not hear the actual sounds of gunshots. Saw the young man who provided information to ID Dunn's vehicle!

In the video shown in court you can hear the gunshots and they are very loud.

Agree now. Seeing a video of RR's in store that shows much more of her fact than the one I viewed earlier. The short clip on HLN has audible gunshots also.

I read today that the Dunn family is out of money to pay the lawyers. Maybe Strolla wants to set up a website to collect money for lawyers fees and he thinks this Presser is a good start toward that end? I cannot fathom what is going through his mind. Just smarmy IMHO, and I think the Judge might feel somewhat the same. This judge is a good man.

Didn't Rhonda also say to the cashier that it was Michael with the gun, so she wasn't concerned? They had his first name too.

Because he has diarrhea of the mouth.

OMO :)

Turaj, I agree. There had to be something Dunn signed. I am mad though, at the way Strolla is still attacking the family....talking about pre-trial appearances where the father was "charging towards" the defendant. smh. This guy is a real piece of work.

What I find most incredible about the video is that She goes outside! Who does that when they hear current gun shots?!

And I did not hear any shot gun blast... Did anyone else?

He means the insurance company settled it. Dunn's consent was not required. jmo

"Mr. Dunn was genuine and honest in his testimony."

*snorts so loud that snow fell off the roof*

Jeez, the snow just fell off my roof and trees here in Woodstock next town over Leilei! :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:
