Well, I'm here and have been here for a while and forgot to say "Good Morning" to all!

I'm not going anywhere with 9 inches or so of snow and more coming after a bit of rain and sleet.

I never make predictions about the outcome of any trial, although I have my clear-cut opinion. I don't want to jinx the jury.

I hope that the jury members all had a pleasant evening together and have had the chance to do some thinking when alone. Hopefully, deliberations will go smoothly. I predict that we will have a decision by tomorrow. They ARE sequestered and want to go home. They have enough time to deliberate before then and I am a patient person.

I haven't been around in a while. But I hope and pray that this jury will do what is right. Does anyone think they will render a verdict today? The jury was just sent back to start. They were up early. They are bringing in speakers to listen to the video.

Day 4 - Part 4 @ 6:32 mark there is a picture of MD and RR sitting at a table for two sitting right next to the DJ's table, set off by themselves completely excluded from the rest of the wedding tables and family. That had to have gotten under MD's skin and that is why they left, in my opinion. There is nothing worse then trying to put a table together for a wedding reception when it comes to family because of family issues. The whole idea of a wedding is to bring everyone together to share the joy. The picture speaks volumes unless MD requested he be separated from the rest of the family. So did JD die because MD felt slighted at his son's wedding and vented his frustration on the car next to him just because of the loud music? Just look at MD's face as he views that picture. jmo

sorry that son almost chocked on saying MD is his father...and $100 worth of liquor and they took 1/2 home. No way no how unless the wedding was such a bomb or all AA members in attendance. I don't believe anything he says...chip off the old block and he wants nothing to do with MD

Well I have been thinking this ever since I heard the details of the night. I personally think that JD was singing with the music (term used loosely) and no doubt in the lyrics they were talking about kill this and kill that. Sorry to say that are typical lyrics for this music style. Then when Dunn rolled down the window again and engaged (escalate the situation) him "are you talking about/to me" of course he said yes. He was probably just taunting MD and he rest is history. I was surprised that some mention of this never was heard in court.

I thought so, too -- until i read the witness statements taken shortly after the incident. Both of the other passengers said Jordan mouthed off to MD, and said nothng about anyone singing along.

yes they were sitting there every day and i believe next to them was his daughter from mexican wife 2...i saw a local interview with her...she looks alot like him and is probably very scared of him too. way more we should know about MD...should not be released ever.
