I thought so, too -- until i read the witness statements taken shortly after the incident. Both of the other passengers said Jordan mouthed off to MD, and said nothng about anyone singing along.

I agree. I think they are dealing with premeditated murder.. If they get that, it is all over.

IMO, it had nothing to do with the music but the "punk" kids in the car next to him. I think he had an attitude as soon as he saw them and their "rap crap" playing..

So, 3 hrs deliberations yesterday and they started about 9:35 am today.. I am counting from when they got the video so not accurate.

You need to apologize to Ricky Gervais and I don't think they look that much alike anyway. :snooty:

Look at Dunn staring down Jordan's dad. Jordan's dad just stood there until Mr Davis attorney tried to walk him back It is at about 1:35 forward. Trying to decide what Dunn's hand gesture at his mouth was trying to convey. This guy is Not alright upstairs as he claimed to the detective. Hope Rhonda will steer clear of this guy.
