Ok. Based on their requests of store video and dummy with sticks... The jury is fixed on the actual shooting. Now they requested and received a dry board. I suppose the foreman is the one who will write on the board? What do you suppose they are writing?

Dinner options.

I never cease to be shocked by the just another day at the convenience store attitude. people coming and going like normal...no one in the store seems to go to lock the door...clerk keeps making change...rhonda (oh its just michael) goes outside and pauses but then goes. you can hear the music when door is opening...thumping.

Now, I'm confused. How can you hear the music thumping when Rhonda is leaving the store if this is suppose to be when the red Durango had left the parking lot. This would mean that she witnessed MD shooting into the back of the leaving Durrango, right?

I hope that this jury is being as thoughtful as in the Adam Kaufman trial...(the "spray tan" murder) that jury was awesome...took every bit of evidence and weighed it very carefully. I was very impressed with them.

It sounds like they are being pretty thorough.

Jordan Davis had a right his feelings of being asked to turn down music in their car, of minding his business and enjoying their music also

Oh I certainly agree with you - please don't misunderstand me, I do I do - Jordan was most certainly entitled to feel whatever he was feeling too - happiness, joy, anger - WHATEVER he was feeling. But so was MD, that was my only point. We can't sit here and say he should not have felt fear, because we can't take that away from anyone or expect to feel the same. I may not have felt "fear", but that does not mean someone else didn't.

I am however, starting to fear that justice may not be done here. I thought we'd have a verdict already.

someone on hln mentioned the pizza delivery guy...i guess he had nothing to contribute or he would have been on...would love to hear his recollection of the interaction with MD

Don't give up hope here, they have a lot to work with for charges. My head may be spinning in there as well.

They're still needs to be a basis for such said fear

Based on my almost irresistible urge to go take a nap, I'd be willing to bet there is a verdict today. Happens to me all the time.

Right there with you. Tempted to take my laptop to the bedroom with me, but I would never hear the end of it from hubby

sorry on hln they have the complete version as the jury requested...when they open the door you can hear it for sure. must have been when she was in and others are coming and going. i would like to have the video top to bottom just as the jury got it...don't know if it is out there.

No, there doesn't. That was my original point. Agree to disagree.

Good to be here in this thread with you, wanting justice for Jordan regardless. We don't all have to agree.

I did that with MacNeill and sure enough the sounds started about 2am i think...but I really love to see it first hand. i have to go out to dinner tonight and just have this feeling i am going to miss it.

I think most of us agree that we want some justice done. Jordan may have been disrespectful, but that does not give MD any right to take matters into his own hands and shoot him. Parenting begins at home. When kids go out that door your not in your sight to always see what they do. I hope and pray that the jury will come together and do what is right.

Did Dunn discharge his weapon from inside his car at any time? Thanks

I believe the testimony was that the first two volleys of shots (3 and 4 from the video, and 4 and 4 according to him) were from inside his car.

I think it was stated that the Jettas windows were up. If so, Dunn would have had to put windows in down position right? Or, were any of his windows shattered? Thanks

I think he stated that he put the driver's side window down to ask JD, "Are you talking to me?" Nothing was damaged in any way on the Jetta, that I recall. Definitely no shattered windows, no paint chipping on the driver's side, no dents, etc.

Took me a while to find it, but is this what you are looking for starting at 0:10:44 on the video?

Didn't he lower his windows to say "are you talking to ME"?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing last night. If his windows are as slow as mine, this would have taken a couple of extra seconds. A couple of seconds can seem much longer if you are in fear for your life. Nobody ever mentioned him putting down his electric windows in court to my knowledge. Dunn had no damage to his car at all.
