How could they have come to agreement on other charges....and at the same say they have don't have consensus on first charge AND lessor charges???

Doesn't make sense.

All it takes is one juror that doesn't understand the evidence and/or the jury instructions to hang things up.

They are deadlocked on the first count and its lessers and he knows that. The attempted murder charges are not lesser included charges. Murder is about Jordan and attempted murder is about all the other kids in the car who were very nearly killed.

Then someone needs to school Angela And Guy on getting this right.

Frankly, I think Guy is terrible. I watched him for the GZ trial and now the Dunn trial and he doesn't impress me one bit. OTOH, I was pleasantly surprised by Angela Corey and I wish we'd seen more of her during this trial. JMO. OMO. MOO.

I respectfully disagree. If they're hung on murder, and vote on a lesser charge, he could very well be released on time served. I still doubt there were no guns in the teen car, and the gun was never found in subsequent searches I would have to find reasonable doubt on that alone.

I disagree...Dunn will not walk. And he will be retried on the first charge.

I'm so confused. What does he mean? It is very possible they are deadlocked on JD (1st, and the lesser chargers of 2nd and manslaughter)
But think MD in firing at everyone in the car, those that didn't have a so-called gun, would be attempted murder.

I dont understand. How can they find him guilty of attempted only if there is a dead body in the car?? If they feel it wasnt premed, go for 2nd degree. an you tell I am P.O.!!!! The freaking car is full of bullet holes!!!! Davis was not carrying a gun. Get serious jury!!:tantrum::banghead:

After reading above twitter site they should be able to go for 2nd degree. He is depraved in his thinking. Oh dear God..all over again? I'm not watching any from Florida. Their Laws are crazy.

Not necessarily; the jurors could have mis-communicated or the judge misunderstood.

I'm just sick! I think they found NG on the attempted murder charges. They may think he was just aiming for Jordan.

Dunn is charged with 1st degree murder. Jury could convict him of 2nd degree or manslaughter. Jurors are deadlocked on that too. #dunntrial
