I don't feel AC overcharged. There were other options to chose from so why do they think overcharged? IMO it warranted a M1 charge. Thoughts?

I bet the only thing that hung the jury up was premeditation...

I'm proud of this jury for trying so hard and hoping justice for Jordan will come in a retrial.

He deserves it.

I agree, no over charge here, just disappointed in prosecution. They should have brought it home for Jordan.
