I think the curiosity just died down a bit. Watching the same trial over again seems redundant and, either way, he's already going away for a while. So I guess it's not as crucial to some people this time.

Also, some may not be aware it's started.

He isn't in prison garb. That's Tevin Thompson, yes he was in the car. the last witness, Shawn Atkins, was in prison clothes though.

Her reference is to previous witness Shawn Lee Atkins who is indeed an inmate. He testified in prison garb and in cuffs. He is the guy who wrote down the license plate number. Everyone unconfused now?

I think more people are interested in the HG case right now... seems it's making national and maybe even international, news.
Funny how some cases become huge in the media and others go unnoticed.

The Dunn trial is re-run. We already know all the facts so there's not much excitement.

True, however, it's fascinating to see the differences in the trial. I love the use of the cap to identify Davis, it's easier for witnesses to be sure.

Does anyone think Dunn may NOT testify this time?

How does Storns' being on parole affect the fact that Dunn shot and killed Davis? Why is that even allowed in?
