So, after watching the ME yesterday any doubts I had are gone, how about you guys/gals?
Her description of his position, during that half a second it took to fire all three shots, is the only reasonable one. IMO

Same here, haunts. I even came up with a bunch of different scenarios in my mind to make Dunn's version work but none of them did. The bullet trajectories in the door were most telling to me. In the last trial I thought, hey, maybe those are showing the door was open. But this time around I'm convinced that doesn't fly. They all follow the same line, meaning they all were fired when the door was open or closed. Not both. And based on the trajectory in Jordan's body, it had to be closed.

I also hate doing those "yes" hits every 20 minutes of so as often I'm doing housework and not really looking at the computer when it times out.

Dun is an idiot. He was itching for a confrontation. All he need to do at this point (he says he is petrified) is back out of the space, relocate his vehicle and sound his horn when Rhonda walked out of the store. Or, if he felt threatened, he could have dialed 911. I loathe angry self-righteous liars.!

No way could he move to get a gun from his glove box, aim and shoot at Jordan if he only started moving once Jordan started getting out of the car. Jordan would have been right by MD's window by that time. He wouldn't be still behind the rear door. And now he's saying he didn't have a round in the chamber.

I didn't believe Dunn the first trial and don't believe him now. I hope justice is served this time.
