Oh good, Dunn's friend who spoke on the phone w/Dunn

Upbeat and perfectly fine on the phone. Never said he needed to talk to the neighbor. Discussed wedding and plans for the weekend.

i wonder if RR found out how badly MD had thrown her under the bus.

Liar, liar, pants on fire. (Dunn)

I was wondering that too. She seems angry, not as reluctant to admit to negative things about Dunn. Very forcefully says she would have remembered if he told her he saw a gun.

Lunch break until 12:45

Looks like jury gets the case after lunch. Going over jury instructions now.

Closing arguments first, Chelly

My same feeling, too. Foreceful and angry.

Hard to tell since she was not allowed in courtroom during testimony. She appeared surprised re gun question. It is possible someone working for state somehow filled her in before she came into court. Not sure of ethics on that though..

Family or friends could have told her something...

Yes, but the judge is going over the jury instructions with both sets of lawyers to see if there are any changes. The lawyers are not at lunch yet.

I sincerely doubt there was any hanky-panky which could jeopardize the trial. I think she is so over Dunn and more concerned about her own life now. Again, she doesn't want to commit perjury and get 15 years for herself.

Dunn isn't worth it to her. It was good to see her strong. It will impress the jury!

RR seemed to give different testimony today from Saturday. She testified on Saturday that they didn't talk in the car. No clue if the jury noticed.

I will be surprised if they give him Murder 2. Hope they will, but not sure. I am thinking manslaughter. Apparently the lawyers are discussing justifiable homicide. What???

First I get booted and now I've not been able to post... I hope this gets through!

I don't think anyone would want to jeopardize the entire trial by tainting a witness. She spoke from her heart. She's been asked this question time and time again. She knows he didn't tell her about a gun!
