Dunn's lawyer weak at cross. She has a list of questions she asks but often doesn't know what to do with the answers...imo

Kind of enjoying this Detective's semi-snarkiness. He's absolutely right, too LOL.

Gee, the detective is supposed to simply believe everything the POI says?

Let's not forget, the jury has clearly seen that a lot of what Dunn said was not true.

This is fascinating to listen to.

Guy's turn...

I can easily either M1 or M2 if they decide it was a rage shooting. And I'd be happy with either. One of those on top of the attempted murder charges and he won't be getting out for a while.

Closing arguments next, after a break.

Wow, so fast!

IIRC, 2nd degree attempted murder = 20x3= 60 years. Florida doesn't have parole, but inmates must do 85% (IIRC) of their sentence. So far, that's 51 years, even without conviction here. He'd be in his 90's, provided he was a model prisoner.

IMHO, any conviction here will make it more difficult on any appeal from the other convictions.

Been to an awards night at my oldest daughter's school. She has just left after doing her exams and received a high achievers award. She's at college doing A levels. Back in time for the summing up!

Thats a good point there.

watching Guy's cross of MD. The moment Guy says "Mr. Dunn..." , MD cannot hide his disgust... he really, really dislikes my sweetheart. I mean, prosecuting attorney :blushing:
