I can easily either M1 or M2 if they decide it was a rage shooting. And I'd be happy with either. One of those on top of the attempted murder charges and he won't be getting out for a while.
IIRC, 2nd degree attempted murder = 20x3= 60 years. Florida doesn't have parole, but inmates must do 85% (IIRC) of their sentence. So far, that's 51 years, even without conviction here. He'd be in his 90's, provided he was a model prisoner.
IMHO, any conviction here will make it more difficult on any appeal from the other convictions.
