Waffa, that doesn't explain why he shot at the back of the fleeing Durango!

Thanks.. Didn't know her name. She doesn't have Strolla's style, IMO

Not at all. And I think Strolla was a good lawyer.

Ah! The Dept. of Agriculture cop IF I remember correctly.

MD didn't know anyone in Jax, so obviously he went home to contact them the next morning via a friend. GMAB!

I like Strolla too, I'm concerned however that he would leave his client because he could no longer afford him. It feels a little too much like jumping off a sinking ship....

Well, he's certainly not going to work for free. Dunn is just one of many clients. I think Dunn will miss him though.

Actually he does offer Pro Bono work....

"By the year 2000, Cory Strolla has become a household name in Florida. He currently hosts his own radio station, and also makes special guesting in radio segments and television shows. Because of his credentials and impressive track record, the government in Florida decided to give Strolla all important and sensitive cases, which involve high-profile celebrities and politicians. On the bright side, Strolla also offers pro bono cases for regular citizens who cannot afford the services of prominent attorneys." http://jennystyree.tumblr.com/post/36742034958/a-dui-lawyer-west-palm-beach-known-as-cory-strolla

Perhaps Strolla didn't want to do pro bono since he lost on the 3 attempted murder convictions which will keep Dunn in prison for the rest of his life.

Maybe Strolla just couldn't stand working for Dunn.

I'm not much of a John Guy fan but that was a strong opening.

I don't recall the hat being used in the first trial. Good job making the point that Jordan did not lean or get out of the car.

Meh, I can't imagine he'd leave a case just because it was a loser or any other reason. He's a defense attorney. He's used to working for the worst and he's used to losing. He got a hung jury the first time around on the big charge so he didn't do too bad. JMO.

This seems to be moving steadily along. Thoughts on the new defense attorney? Does it seem the Prosecution has tightened up their line of questioning?

I am not impressed by her at all. I find her very, very lacking in presence and command or courtroom and witnesses.... comes across as desperate to me.

Agreed, she's lacking and I often don't understand the point she's trying to make. Strolla was so much better. The prosecution seems about the same, but I think as it moves along they'll try and correct some of the mistakes they made the first time around.
