I just realized, there is trial tomorrow too isn't there?
Normally I appreciate a judge who cracks the whip but I have a busy weekend coming up :gaah:

Yes, we talked about this before. The child locks weren't on but the boys did not lie, they just used the wrong terminology for the automatic door locking function that some SUVs have.

Exactly. We had a 2002 Durango and in order to get out of the back seats, the front passengers had to press the unlock button. The automatic door locks went on when car reached 5 MPH IIRC. It was really a pain as I always forgot to unlock to let my kids out. Was glad to trade that car in.

Getting snippy with the Judge :naughty:

Unfortunately it doesn't seem they're attacking that this time. They're still letting him say child locks without explanation. I don't think they even realize. It's too bad.

It's been a while since Trial #1, but I don't recall mention then of the engine being on so the music could play. I'm hoping against hope that someone down there realized it and brings it up this time. Their expert had said that the closing of the door misrepresents how the bullets hit Jordan.

Wish I had sent AC an e-mail about all of that.

This needs to be brought to the attention of the judge. The 400 lb teacher needs to go.

The irony would be hilarious if it wasn't for the fact that this was a murder trial. The prosecution let the writer of the article go because of his affiliation with folio yet unwittingly let a guy on the trial who not only doesn't like Angela Corey but doesn't believe she can prove what ever case she is presenting and that there will be reasonable doubt before it's even started. I agree, this guy shouldn't be there. Even though the remark was only made during jury selection it shows he shouldn't be there. That's why this process is so tricky. Anyone can say anything to get on a jury.

ITA! The irony is rich. If my lawyer cousin, provided he reads the article, thinks this is not good, he will forward to the judge, hopefully.

Oh no placard 4 and 5 got switched.....the casings are still in the same spot, just 2 numbers were switched.
This is annoying me.
She is trying to create doubt about a simple thing.
