Last witness of the day.

Judge's scolding to the cameramen has made them overly-cautious.

I think he will have to, he's claiming self defense, so he has to explain himself.
Defense can't do that for him. JMO

ITA! He needs to convey how he felt threatened, in fear for his life...

This link for Rhonda that HFH suggested is not working for me to see her testimony? Can others get to it? TIA

Me neither. Gonna look on YT, but someone post if they find a link. She's the one I wanted to see the most, but had to run errands today. :(

(snip)

The reason for his dismissal was an online interview with a former potential juror, Richard David Smith III. Smith, who was not chosen to sit on the jury, said in the interview that Juror 4 spoke critically of State Attorney Angela Corey. Smith told First Coast News that while waiting to return to the courtroom during jury selection, the roughly 400-pound man cracked a joke that impugned Corey's skills as prosecutor.

"He made a joke about himself self-deprecating joke saying, 'Angela Corey couldn't prove to a jury that I was fat. There would still be reasonable doubt.'"

Smith initially didn't think too much of it. "I don't think anyone even really laughed," he told First Coast News.

But the juror's alleged comments grabbed the attention of the court after they were published yesterday in an online blog of Folio Weekly magazine – titled "Dunn Jury Reject." Early this morning, Smith was awakened by a uniformed police officer at his door. He was escorted to court and asked to give sworn testimony before Circuit Judge Russell Healey.

Sorry about that ATL :gaah: I didn't mention...

The WAT feed DVR is only available while it's live streaming. After that, it's put in the archives. WAT is rather slow to update their archives. Court Chatter is much quicker.

Day 3 This starts with the accidental showing of the potential jurer and admonishment of the camerman... http://courtchatter.tv/dunnretrialday3.htm

Rhonda's testimony continues a little bit into Part 4:

http://youtu.be/im3CxKKKLTs

I am pretty shocked to see Rhonda in this state again on the stand. I would think and hope she is getting some serious help to move forward with her life with out toxic Michael Dunn...I was expecting her to be a bit more pulled together this time but again she is a mess. It may just be that having to retell this again is just too much and in day to day life she is moving on. Her reactions almost make one wonder if she had more involvement than is being told. I don't really think so but one has to wonder. I seem to remember last time she was a bit more damning to Michael in some of her comments..about how he was going to contact this neighbor etc. and then said Wanda was not feeling well etc. so this time other than "i hate that rap music" and fleeing the scene she was not as good for the prosecution as I remember. Maybe my memory is fuzzy. Given the make up of this jury I am concerned we will have another hung jury.
