And I couldn't understand how a bullet ended up in his left groin. Now it is perfectly clear. And it wouldn't have made the path the ME was talking about if he were standing up because it was a downward trajectory bullet, assuming the more straight on shot is the one that hit him in the chest, which it would absolutely had to have been.

How did the last jury not see this????

I'm only going to listen for this. I'm so upset that the cameraman is showing these photos. I have never seen this in the video broadcast before. Nothing is being held back. The jury, the people in the courtroom see these pictures all the time, but usually they are NOT allowed to be broadcast out to the general public (us) out of respect for the deceased.

Sometimes they are shown. They showed them in the Zimmerman trial and one particularly graphic one in the Pistorius trial. These pics don't bother me really, though they can be very heartbreaking to look at

They just need a somewhat intelligent person on a jury to explain all this. This is case closed, IMO.

The defense seems to be tying itself up in knots tbh. There isn't a real prospect of Jordan being stood up and being shot between the legs in the way he was.

Sounds like common sense plays a part in her testimony. IMHO, there's no way Jordan could have been standing in the "wedge" when the first shot hit and, in the teensiest amount of time, managed to jump back in and close the door to be shot two more times.

I think the last jury decided that it was an issue of self defense, regardless of where Jordan was.

Agreed. And what she is saying is only logical and pertains to angles. A bullet can only go in a certain direction. The standing position of Jordan can not work with the trajectory of the bullet

I think Dr Simons has been great. She's made the evidence really clear and easy to understand and she's taken no bull from the defence

I agree. THIS is the case right here and she's been fantastic.
