I think he's trying to say that Jordan could have placed a gun over the window. The farther down it is the easier it would be for him to do that. However, it appears to me that it was up too high in order for him to easily shoot..

I personally found her testimony pretty definitive in that it shows the door could not have been open for the bullets to hit Jordan the way they did.

Not one call to LE, not from her or the defendant.

Don't you think if she would have called LE, they would have been there in a New York minute.
